Still waiting on the mobile app to work on Android Galaxy S8. Ths is the only app of hundreds that gives 505 error. It is an app level issue for sure. I have spoken with Samsung and Google

Truly disappointed that I cannot install on my Samsung 8... I spent several hours trying to do this until I now see that it is an issue. When can we expect this change?

I was hesitant to try Agile CRM based on all the negative reviews here. However, it works great for me. I'm on a Galaxy S8+. The application works and I can access all my CRM information. It has a clean UI.

Getting message can't be installed... (Error code: -505)

Not a well coded app. Can't get it to install on a Note 5. Like most others here, get a 505 error. Not impressed...

The developers at Agile CRM are working hard everyday we should be patient. ????

I must say the CRM is great, but this is worse app ever in the whole Google store. As I am typing I can't believe that they have not dedicate resources to build a native app that takes advantage of all the features of their CRM thru API and be competitive but looking at this app it makes me doubt how is the roadmap for the mobile employer, strategy, etc knowing that competitors have great native app but calling a web shell app or responsive site transform into an app and loaded to the Google store looks like a bar move for a prospective competitor in the SMB arena. If you consider that they target market will deeply appreciate a well-done-mobile-android app that allow them to be productive on the move.

I still could not install this Agile CRM, even on this latest update in July. I am getting Error 505 during the installation on my Galaxy S8 Plus. AGILE, PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM. I NEED TO INSTALL AND USE THIS APP ON MY PHONE.

Faced problems initially. Works awesome with the latest update on the app.

Tried to enter a task, couldn't do it because the form of the task is bigger than the screen if my phone so the Save button us off the screen and you can't see it. Tried to press back button a few times and the app crashed. It's basically just their website anyway.

Won't load in any of the provided troubleshooting options. Returns Error Code 505

Can only register an account. Sill not allow access to existing Account and registered user.

Can't install on Samsung Galaxy Note8.

Why is this considered an app? This is basically an html5 responsive mobile website. You can do the same going to site direct. You even need to login every time you go to use it. It may work well but don't sell this to customers as being an application.

Need to be able to call from the app itself, just click the contract and select the number and it will call (currently you have to remember the number) The calendar needs to support push notifications.

Doesn't keep you logged in. Constantly says password is wrong when it's not. More pain than its worth

I have tried every single so-called "fix" recommended by Google, Samsung, and Agile. Nothing has worked. My opinion is that this is simply lazy app development. No one was keeping track of how OS updates might affect the app, and now you have an intractable problem with no easy solution. On your next update you need to add a feature that scours the device for any trace of previous installations and removes them entirely before a full update can occur.

Signed up for the online trial (computer version) and tried to download the app to get a feel for the full suite of products. For the first time ever in my experience... The phone app wouldn't even install. If your company claims to be forward thinking... And to solve problems we haven't even encountered yet (see their on demand webinar) ... But your mobile solution isn't even operational... I think you're marketing platform claims might be a little misguided.

Have been interested in running this app on my device for some time. I have installed this on some older devices, but as of yet, I have not been able to install on my Samsung Galaxy 7 on ATT network. I thought that maybe this was tied to my account or a previous installed app. After finally getting the grit to wipe my phone and start over with a new google play account - it still will not work and returns a -505 error. For me, this has been a span of 6 months and I am disappointed that others have been having this issue and it has not been resolved. Though Agile CRM, was the main app I was interested in after trialing many, I ultimately have to move elsewhere since the app will not work on my phone.

I have tried to install this app many times, really motivated to use it but error 505! Does not install. Oddly even the link you give doesn't work!

Mobile app dies not work, don't waste your tine. I invested hours on phone with Google, AT&T and Samsung and it won't work on Android.
