4Gmark is a tool offering a comprehensive and reliable benchmark of the quality of service for smartphones. It allows you to compare smartphones, networks or places on every technologies 2G (Edge, Gprs), 3G (Umts, Hsdpa, H+, Dual-carrier), 4G (LTE) and Wifi.
When you perform free tests with 4Gmark, you participate in a collaborative project to aggregate a base of information for understanding and improving the quality of service.
The "Speed Test" quickly calculates downlink and uplink network speed (average Bitrate).
At the end of the Test, in the results, you can benchmark your results against the average bitrate obtained by other users in your country, in the same area or using the same smartphone (wifi or cellular).
The "Full Test" is a scenario with all protocols (latency, transfer, youtube, web) giving full visibility over the quality of the connection environment. It calculates a score which let you compare between them different smartphones, networks or places.
At the end of the Full Test, in the results, you can benchmark your results against the average score obtained by other users in your country, in the same area or using the same smartphone (wifi or cellular).

I like all of the different scenarios it goes through. The speed test doesn't display accurate numbers. I know my Internet is faster than 2 Mbps. Constant 70 Mbps while downloading things from Steam, and other various speed tests on mobile and PC. Not to mention that my Internet reaches 70 Mbps while loading the YouTube video during the test.

Accurate results. Other speed test networks show similar results (except ookla) but this gives more detailed speeds such as YouTube and Web.

May be I could rate it more, but it frequently crashes in latest android releases, iOS version is okay though. It annoys a lot when you run tests for several minutes and it decides to crash just before finishing!

Looks nice UI wise but absolutely inaccurate. Not even close to actual speeds. Freezes all the time as well and I'm sorry but I'm using a Galaxy Note 5, shouldn't freeze at all with a device like this.
