iProcLog is a companion app which is standalone and can be purchased separately. It tracks procedures, allows user to write a procedure note in app and print/email it for use in the medical record. Need to document your procedures for hospital privileging, this is the app that keeps track of your procedures, keeps count and allows you to produce a sorted list of procedures with counts to help you obtain credentialing. Are you a junior doctor/registrar/ resident who needs to get certification. The app allows you to capture your supervisor’s signature at point of procedure so that you don't have to spend time chasing people down to prove you have done a procedure. Write your note, sign and date it and obtain your supervisors signature right at patient bedside. You can then print the procedure note and place it in the chart or email it to yourself.
