Thanks Agarwal Packers and Movers! Few days ago, I shifted my sofa from Amritsar to Ahmedabad by seeking help from Agarwal Packers and Movers. When the workers were packing my sofa, at first, they were finding it difficult to do so may be because the sofa was very heavy. But, after the packing was completely done, I saw how perfectly it was packed and it was also delivered without any damage. I am really very glad that I hired their services and I will surely recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

Very well done APML! Recently, I shifted along with my household goods from Delhi to Lucknow and I hired the services of Agarwal Packers and Movers. First, I thought they might not be that good at their work as they sounded less professional over the phone. But, when they came to execute my relocation, I was stunned by looking at the level of professionalism they showed while packing and moving my entire consignment. I am really impressed by their services and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Pathetic service. Promised to deliver in 7 days but took 12 days. Customer service is very poor. Nobody pickups the phone or talk very rudely. Don't carried away by TV advertisement. Don't recommend. However, if you want mental torture, stress and trauma after paying amount, this is the best packaging service out there. I am ready to provide my GC number if anyone wants to verify the facts..

Pathetic service. I am trying to connect from last 2 days but nobody picks the call nor reverted on enquiry. There local office are never operative on calls. Apps and website are useless just a showpiece. How come such a company wuth pathetic service gets listed in limca book of record.

Worst experience, they quote different bill different. I booked for Ranchi to Pune. Packing was okay but my neighbor was saying, they were driving without caring about goods. I can still see in tracking my goods are in Ranchi, God knows when I receive them and in what condition. Will update again. I am worried now.

Worst nightmare of my life was to book shifting from them. It took them nearly a month to deliver my households item . That too after I threaten to file case. After that also my 2 item where complete damage. 10 days passed And still no claim reimbursement done yet.

Do not hire them to shift your goods as they are very much irresponsible. Recently on 2nd june 2017, they have shifted my household goods and have lost 01 item i.e aquaguard. They are so irresponsible that even after contacting their global claim head,manager,supervisor and warehouse incharge, they are not searching my item and are delaying. Mene sab jayega me bola but thak gaya hu ghum ghum k. I would advise that not to hire them as they are not even responsible and costly. Baki ap logo k upar he apka saman jada pyara he ki khona.

Customer care misbehaves. Their officials drop the line. Do not entertain cusomer complaints. Consignment tracking system is fake. Gives wrong/misleading updates to prove its TAT. So Beware.

Service is hopeless,whatever they say is just false,after raising a request for service they have still not contacted me for service even after 48 hrs.Their executives were very rude.Their false publicity about their work is good.

This is the worst packaging services that I had ever seen. The person dealing are so I'll mannered and unprofessional language that I was feeling that I had a dealing with some truck driver. My some of the belonging were missing and two items were damaged. Even after paying 25000 of amount. Now no body is turning up for the repair. Apart fro this the person in Jammu straight way saying he has nothing to do and don't call me. He is busy

Most of the small things they packed have got broken. The staff who come to ur house to pack as well as deliver will as for money as tips. Tat too hundred or two hundred per person. Very inexperienced staff. Except for bigger items, all ur smaller items will b dumped in boxes n by the time it gets delivered, most of ur smaller valuables r spoiled.

Not a single feature like app... it's better to see on website... please don't download it

Complete satisfaction by Agarwal Packers and Movers! I moved from Patna to Nasik few days ago and availed the services of Agarwal Packers and movers as my friend recommended it to me. I heard positive reviews about it but still I was not sure whether my goods will be safe with them or not. During the packing process, one of the workers was not paying attention towards the work and was showing laziness. But, to my astonishment, later I saw that he packed all the items very properly and I am really glad that I hired them for my move. Thanks APML!

I booked car & household from trivandrum to Delhi. They took order claiming that car will be delivered at Delhi, within a week as a carrier will go for Delhi tomorrow. But even after 10 days car reached only banglore. Same with household, even after 2 weeks, no idea. My consignment no WIGNTDRM 057191 and WIGNTDRM 057192 and I am still tracking and waiting. Definitely not recommended for anyone. If u wish to get tension, call them, other there are cheaper options available

I booked them for moving and packing from dehradun to Ghaziabad. They trying to save their cartage at the time of packing and when I told them abt it, clearly they ignore abt it....and when they unloaded my consignment, few of its items were damaged...after so many complaints they don't even bothered....

Today I called, for some shifting. The worst customer setvice I ever seen. They were gossipping within themselves and suddenly one of them started shouting that why I m calling and disturbing them with very loud voice and using abusive language.

A hai to Agarwal ch***ya hai... Customer call number is a sink hole. You never connect to something called 'customer cares', they are always busy and your call is important to them.

First time I have taken services for moving my luggage , it was the most pathetic experience of my life. Due to breakage of item my claim was accepted after continuous follow up of 3 months but not settled till now. I called all the persons from lucknow to delhi to hyderabad but no response (Mr M N Rao, Mr Murali Mrs Anju etc). All u guys feel sorry for your services. How are u claiming for limca book of records with this service?

Poor service...Pathetic customer support...Hv bn trying to book shipment fr past one week,but no support/feedback from staff so far despite repeated reminders and msgs..Big big let down !!

Good Job Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd.! I recently had my goods shifted from Agra to Chennai by hiring Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. and it was the best decision I made. The staffs were highly trained and dedicated towards their job. They packed and loaded my goods carefully and rearranged the goods as well at my new home. I am completely happy and satisfied with their service and will surely recommend everyone to hire Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd.

the most worst customer care service. i called from Muscat to get some information, they told me to hold and even after 10 minutes there was nobody to attend the call. disgusting

Pathetic service.. It takes week to get our things shifted. The truck driver never gave us the position. No response from any of the official of agarwal Packers.

They are money hungry jackasses! Typical rowdy assholes. No manners. Sales people flirting with customer. Zero customers support. A shame to our nation.

High headed and arrogant people...Very bad customer care. I don't know how can people trust their belongings to such irresponsible people.

I have availed the service to shift from baroda to Bangalore. These labours demand too much tip I mean 500 per person is what they expect. And they broke my stuff and not ready to reimburse in spite of taking insurance.

Costly and theft your assets so no reason to choose them. They theft my assets when i shifted my home indore to mumbai and took 11days to deliver.

One of the worst packer & mover company !! Heard lots about it but not good as they gave their AD !! They gave me 17K quote for 4.5 km in same city !!

Agree that you take care in moving goods, but remember that for a 10000 Rs product customer won't pay 4000 to 5000 for moving it, ur changes are toooo huge. doesn't make sense.

When I tried to cancel the visit for survey, I mentioned that I am not shifting because of other unavoidable plans...But the tele marketing guy just hung up the phone..It was so rude... Not sure how I can think or consider Agarwal packers n movers next time or why would i recommend...this rude attitude has to be changed..

Nothing usefulness in this app. They will call you before shipping but when they will get money its very difficult to track your shipment.
