Can't log in and the company's website is just as broken - can't log in there either. Resetting password does not help. Don't buy insurance from this business, how would you ever make a claim if it's impossible to use their app and website? Probably a scam.

The app and the website need a ton of improvement. Details of claim don't load, making claim was confusing, etc. The service offered however was great, phone support was top notch and once filed, payment on claim is quick.

Sorry: app needs overhaul. Doesn't work on my Android oneplus3, but ok on my iPhone6. Most alarming is it shows my annual premier policies as "expired" so I can't access the assistance hotline - it's only raison d'etre.

THIS APP SUXX!!!!!!! IT DOESN'T LET ME LOG IN AT ALL. IT KEEPS SAYING WRONG EMAIL OR PASSWORD. WITCH IS BULL**** BECAUSE I CAN LOG IN ONLINE NO PROBLEM. THEN I TRIED CREATING THE NEW ACCOUNT OPTION AND IT KEEPS GIVING A MESSAGE "CAN'T CONNECT TO BACK END" WHAT THE HECK DOES THAT MEAN???? THIS APP NEEDS A LOT OF REVAMPING. THANK GOODNESS I'M TRAVELING IN A FEW MONTHS FROM NOW AND HOPEFULLY THEY CAN FIX ALL THEIR ISSUES BEFORE RELEASING AN UPDATE TO THIS VERSION. I book a flight for my mom from Berilin to Chicago round trip ( Air Berlin) and also I bought insurance for this trip from Allianz, When air Berlin went out of business they cancel the flight from Chicago to Berlin so I book for my mom another flight and I submit a claim to refund the canceled ticket. Allianz denied my request , my advice is do not waste your money and buy insurance from Allianz

A great app for the international traveler. I love the Prescription terms. I always find myself googling this stuff when in foreign countries. Now I have it at my fingertips along with all of my policy information!

I can't tell you anything about this app because I could never get signed in. It has been the most frustrating experience getting signed up and signed in. Contacting customer service by both email and phone has been worthless. The email response was just an auto generated template response. and calling was also a joke. They apparently don't have any tech support for their website or the app. I can just imagine that if this is such an ineffective and crappy experience. What would it have been like if I had actually needed their help?

Only allows flights to be entered within next 3 days of trying to input flight. As mine are 60 days, this has no value as I print my insurance. Frustration is the NO ONE AT THE COMPANY KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT THIS APP! Called as per their instructions and got sent to 4 other people before they disconnected. BAD SERVICE
