Toyota vehicles comes with Built On Quality, Durability & Reliability. However, breakdowns can never be predicted and in such scenario this mobile application will make requesting & receiving Roadside Assistance very simple & easy.
In the event of a breakdown, simply open the app and press a button requesting for help. Your exact location, vehicle details including your contact detail will automatically transfer to Toyota Roadside Assistance center. Within a few seconds an Assistance Coordinator will contact you, already knowing who you are, where you are and what vehicle you are driving.
In addition to Assistance feature, there are many other features which you can use in your daily routine. Please refer below for key features details available in “Toyota Assistance India” app.
• Find My Car - Have you ever forgotten where you parked your car in a large car park ? This feature enables you to pinpoint your vehicle’s location and make sure that you don’t waste time searching for your car ever again.
• Dealer Search - You need a regular health check and so does your car. This option will help you to locate & show direction to any Toyota Dealer across India. Along with a map, you can get Dealer address & contact details.
• Around Me - It provides you with information and directions to places of your interest in the surrounding area
• Call Center – This option comes with preset numbers. In case there is an issue with internet connectivity, this option will help you to connect us thru phone call.
• Website – On selecting this option, you would be directed to Toyota official website i.e. www.toyotabharat.com where you can get information related to Company News & Events, Products, Offerings etc.
• Settings – You can edit your profile information and add/delete vehicles owned by you

Why are you giving standard reply to all. So many people are telling you it is showing policy invalid inspite of correct details. Mine is new car. Showing same message. Instead of correcting app, you employees of a co. are downgrading reputation of Toyota.

Dear AMOS .. It's not like that we r trying after 3years of purchasing a vehicle.. I'm unable to register too as I seen many of us in review column.. My vehicle purchase date is 30 Dec 2015.. We love this company.. Please solve this silly issue.

When I met with an accident and tries road side assistance the app crashed everytime I tried to book it. I am using nexus 5 with android M and all the latest patches are already installed. Good thing is it helped me search for the nearest service center
