I dunno if it's me, but I can get other tvh apps to work. EDIT: yes I used the correct port, and tried both to be sure. There is no firewall involved. Check your app, don't blame me. - I have confirmed access and credentials from the phone to tvh - access through a browser works. Access through other apps work. Your app sits and spins. Dev is more interested in denying problems than solving them.

Great app, especially the scrollable EPG grid! I've been using the TVHClient app for a long time connecting to TVHeadend running on my Synology NAS and that pretty much does everything I want. This app does the same but visually is really nice and has a few more features. I'm not currently using it to connect to Kodi because I have a Kodi app but that is a nice option anyway. The setup is also very simple and in my case I experienced no connection issues at all.
