About Awake for Debug
This app allows you to keep your screen on *only* when the device is connected to USB and Debugging (ADB) is enabled.
It switches to the previously set display timeout when the device is unplugged or plugged into a wall socket.
Permissions:
WRITE_SETTINGS to change the display timeout setting
INTERNET for Crashlytics (crash reports)
Note: If the app crashes, please send the crash report so that I can fix it. No user-specific information is sent, only information related to the crash (stacktrace) and device information like OS version, free space, rooted/non-rooted, free RAM, etc, is sent.
This application is open-source under the Apache license.

Used to circumvent exchange policy disabling stay awake in developer options. Update: works fine on Marshmallow

Not really sure why this isn't part of the default developer settings in android! This app is helpful, however sometimes it keeps the screen awake even if it's in the charger. This seems to be in specific chargers though, since it works good at home but not at work.

No more finger waggling every few minutes on the phone while I'm developing. This is the must-have app for developers who get irritated when the phone keeps powering down. (Be careful with Samsung Galaxy AMOLED displays on full brightness - those little LED's WILL burn the shape of your homescreen into the display!)

Please introduce functionality to dim light after a few minutes. This is a very useful app for developers.

Really good app, easy and does exactly what I need. There is only one problem - it doesn't work if a phone is connected to a usb hub :(
