Hinweis: Voraussetzung für den vollständigen Funktionsumfang der App ist der Webservice des AFS-Ticketsystems

TicketsToGo ermöglicht Ihrem Techniker oder Ihrem Außendienstmitarbeiter, sich direkt die Arbeitsauftäge in Form von Tickets auf sein mobiles Gerät zu laden. Er kann seine Arbeiten dokumentieren wie Anfahrt, Arbeitsschritte und ggf. Analysen und diese direkt in die Zentrale zurücksenden.

Importieren Sie Ihre Tickets auf Ihr Handy oder Tablet inkl. aller Dokumente und Anleitungen (PDF's, DOCS, usw). Bearbeiten Sie Ihre Tickets, inkl. automatischer Zeitmessung. Erstellen Sie z.B. Fotos für Ihre Nachweise, und übertragen Sie diese zurück ins zentrale Ticketsystem. Note: A prerequisite for the functionality of the app is the web of the AFS-ticket system

Tickets Togo allows your technicians or your field service representative, directly to load the Arbeitsauftäge in the form of tickets to his mobile device. He can his works document as directions, steps and optionally analyzes and return them directly to the headquarters.

Import your tickets on your phone or tablet incl. All documents and instructions (PDFs, DOCS, etc). Edit your tickets, incl. Automatic timing. Create as Photos for your evidence, and transfer them back to the central ticketing system.
