Find this feature under our “user generated content” section.
Personalisation: You can set your preferences to show you only what you’re interested in. For example, if you only like to read about Sports and Business, then you have the option to tailor your feed accordingly.
If you like Entertainment, Lifestyle and Politics, then you too can filter out the rest by setting your feed.
Augmented Reality: In keeping with digital developments, we added the option for you to experience augmented reality at your fingertips. Look for this option within the app and explore another aspect of digital coverage.
Subscription: Most of our content is available to you for free, because we'd like you to visit us a lot. However, if you subscribe you will have full access to all the content in our newspapers. Subscribers also have access to PDFs and classifieds. You can manage your subscription by accessing your "Account & Subscriptions” within the IOL app.

• You cannot cancel the current subscription during the active subscription period.

Refreshing after using news24 for years. News articles are real news and not unwanted general information padding. Don't mind the occasional ad, but please please, no pop-up ads, which for me was the last straw on news24. Keep it real!

Paying the subscription and the following recurring issue is never resolved. 23/10 and 25/10 the Tonight, 26/10 The Mercury, Business Report and Tonight are not displaying the content and cannot be downloaded. An error has occurred while trying to display your content. Please try again later and still does not display. It is a recurring issue with various titles during the week.

Every month it tells me that I'm unknown and must purchase a subscription, I've had this ongoing problem for months? Don't bother emailing the support team as they don't come back to you. There are a few people who are trying to help, like Marc but can't seem to sort it out? Let's hope whoever reads this will do something.
