وصفات و اكلات مصرية

يشتهر المطبخ المصري بمذاقه المصري الخاص مع وجود بعض التأثيرات الغنية التي تثريه، خاصة التأثيرات التركية والشامية(سوريا)و دول البحر المتوسط (إيطاليا) . العديد من الأطعمة المصرية ما زالت موجوده منذ آلاف السنين عند المصريين مثل الخبز الذي يطلق عليه المصريون (العيش البلدي) والفول (المدمس) وكحك العيد عند المصريين في عيد الفطر البيض الملون (بيض شمو) في عيد شم النسيم...إلخ. ينقسم المطبخ المصري المطابخ فرعيه ينتشر فيها الاكل المصري العادي بالاضافه الي اكلات خاصه يها مثل المطبخ الاسكندراني (البحري) و المطبخ الصعيدي(الفبلي)والمطبخ الفلاحي (ريفي)و المطبخ البدوي (متأثر بأكلات الخليج العربي)و المطبخ الشعبي اما عن العاصمه فاهي مزج عده مطابخ مثل جميع المطابخ السابقه بالاضافه الي المطبخ الإيطالي و الهندي و الخليجي و الشامي قليلا ما نجد اكلات من مطابخ الفرنسي و الشرق آسيوي

المطبخ التركى أثَّر كثيراً وتأثر بالمطبخ المصري، فمنح المطبخ المصري نكهة مميزة إضافة إلى نكهتة المصرية، من أشهر الأطعمة التركية التي توجد في المطبخ المصري: الكباب والكفتة وأكلة الشركسية والشاورمة بجانب حلويات مثل: البقلاوه و...إلخ.

الحلويات الشامية أيضاً دخلت المطبخ المصري وتُعرف بالحلويات الشرقية الشامية. Turkish cuisine has greatly impacted and influenced by Egyptian cuisine, it conferred Egyptian cuisine distinctive flavor in addition to the Egyptian flavor, of the most famous Turkish foods that are found in Egyptian cuisine: kebabs and meatballs and Circassian eaters and Shawerma next to sweets such as Baklava and ... etc.

Desserts maize also entered Egyptian cuisine and eastern sweets known as maize.
