Very useful, though on the test my line page it would be useful to have a report fault feature if the line comes back showing that it is not currently working

This app it's useless it does not work ain all of my devices it does not respond at all

As a dsl client the app helped maintain my account ( I used to be a very happy afrihost client)As a fiber client the app is pointless, can't view amount of data used or left for the month. Web clientzone is only alternative.

Afrihost delivers again... my fixed wireless is up and running and we're loving it!

Useful app. Please add more features to the fibre connectivity area. I want to see usage etc. like the ADSL section has.

Useful, but what we need is a widget that we can put on the home screen, telling us how much data we have left.

In a country that is rife with bad service and incompetent support personnel, Afrihost really shines as a company that shows there are still good service providers out there. I initially tried to purchase data and when completing order found that I was charged a SIM fee though I supplied my own SIM details. Now account suspended but been trying to explain that remove SIM fee and deduct money for data only. Secondly I decided to buy data using a new SIM, also suspended because I have to settle account that was wrongfully charged. So what must I do now, go to your competitors?

One of the best services i have ever used. Well trained staff, quick reply to emails & very helpful. If it was possible i would give them 10 stars. Im definitly reccommending them.

Doesn't tell you how much data you have used for the month, only shows you what you used over the last few days on the uncapped account.

*If* it loads, it's better than going to the client zone site with my web browser (which is quite a horrible site by the way - but that's a different story). I just tried to add additional services using this app and in the end I just gave up. If I wasn't a mostly happy Afrihost customer already, I would have probably just gone elsewhere. Why make it so hard for me to buy your products? I'm sure you can do this better. Off to the horrible clientzone web site then ... on the PC of course.

Under fibre, I cannot get proper reporting on my usage. I also cannot upgrade/downgrade my fibre packages. The app also open in gamer mode on S8. A bit annoying, and reported it a few times.

Used to work on my galaxy.. Have a huawei 7 ascend, now all I get is the logo and a blank red screen...hello still just get a blank screen

Good app. Short and precise just the right amount of detail without bloatware and confusion. Easy to use either on mobile data or wifi at home. Good job

Opens in game mode on the S8 and is cut off on the top and bottom. It's easily fixed but shouldn't be this way in the first place.

App works perfectly everytime. Clientzone is quick and easy to operate and to upgrade etc. The UI is also stunningly designed. Afrihost is definitely the best company you will deal with. Their customer support, friendliness and attention to detail is unmatched in South Africa today. I have been with them for many years and there has never been any missions. Well done Afrihost!

It's a very useful app until I try to use the client zone. I feel like it is programmed to say oops after filling in a bunch of detalis

Great app. Client Zone is pretty awesome, can do basically everything in it. No other ISP comes close to this portal

The app is unusable on my galaxy s8. When tapping on the username field, the password field is selected. This effect is seen throughout the app, making it literally useless.

Screen is cut off on Note 8 and S8. And it runs on game mode

App detected as a game on Samsung S8 plus and game settings are applied causing screen res all skewed. Fix it please.

Great for convenience. I'm just really hoping a makeover for the app arrives. It looks a bit out of date when it comes to Android's new employed design standards.
