FOCIS MOBILE allows your smartphone or tablet to communicate with any AFL FOCIS WiFi Fiber Optic Connector Inspection System to form a complete solution for multi-mode and singlemode fiber connectors found in data centers, enterprise networks, campus networks, broadband and FTTx networks, Mobile backhaul networks, Metro-E networks and high capacity core networks. Because FOCIS MOBILE allows you to stay focused on your job while staying connected to your office, it is the ideal solution for today's mobile communications workforce.

When connected to a FOCIS WiFi PRO system, FOCIS MOBILE users can perform fully automatic analyses of fiber optic connector integrity to IEC 61300-3-35, AT&T TP-76461 or user-defined standards and document the presence or absense of dirt, oil, particles, scratches and pits/chips. Results can be stored locally or shared using email, text and mobile cloud-based services like DropBox and Google Drive. When connected to a FOCIS WiFi PLUS system, FOCIS MOBILE users can perform manual inspection of fiber optic connector integrity and document the presence or absence of dirt, oil, particles, scratches, and pits/chips.
