KLM - Royal Dutch Airlines

The KLM website allows for Google+ login. Now when I installed the app and tried to login, it doesn't have that option; Only FB and LinkedIn. Though not related to the app, the website itself was disappointing... No field to input the middle name while booking (had to wait on the phone for an hour for the help that never arrived) or the KTN, and showing meal options in the drop down and then throwing an error in the final screen. KLM app and website is ameturish.

Rated 1 star as the only reason I installed it was to select a seat and was constantly met with "seat selection not allowed" although I was able for my outbound flight through the web. At the airport practically all seats taken so others could select a seat! Now I'm on an aisle seat, 10 hour flight, where I will constantly be disturbed to allow people out which isn't good with a severe bad back! Not happy. Probably more KLM than the app itself.

Not an app - a junk. Got wrong place at plane, not the one I have booked. Could not check in several times, got error: retrieving... , wrong URL and so on. Not a Wow user experiense.

Constant mystery. I've been using this app for about 4 years. The UI has changed many times over the years, but the app still doesn't work. It often can't save details, constantly needs refreshing and logs me out at the most inconvenient times. I only use it as a place to retrieve my boarding pass, it's much easier to use the web site for everything else. I also always get my boarding pass emailed to me, I've had to resort to using this at the gate before now. (And yes KLM, before you ask, I've updated to the latest version - I'm always on the latest version)

Installed this to get my boarding pass. First thought is that the UI is terrible (input fields not aligned properly). Had to click into my booking twice before I could see all legs of the trip. Doesn't fill me with confidence. I just hope it works when I'm at the airport.

"Loading your trips from your profile failed." Not only that but it deleted the troops that were already listed.... What else do I want this app for other than to keep track of my flights? Really disappointing and hope it gets fixed.

App does strange things sometimes, i am unhappy about contacting the customer service every time it doesn't work, cause i am a frequent traveler

Froze when I tried to log in. Other airline aps work fine, but not this one.

Not great. The user experience design is poor. From logging in (MUST be a 6 digit numerical password), to doing anything with it (funny linear navigation that often calls up their website), to actual ability to do anything withyour account.. not a good experience throughout.

After rating it one star because it did not work I loaded and tested again after the Developers contacted me. All seems ok now, it works ok. If you need to find a competitive price of a flight it's best to use a comparison site as this app does not give you that option. Despite it's recent advertisements to fly to and from Bristol, UK. . .(I need to get to Belgrade, Serbia regularly) . . . . "It's like hunting for a needle in a haystack" to find a cheap flight. It is better to look elsewhere until this option is available. Thanks for the time and effort though Developers, I hope we get there in the end and you link up with your sales & marketing department to offer better value flight prices in the one app. Cutting out the comparison sites, saving me time and money. . . you would of course get all my business which will be for several years.

The idea of the app is great, but it still has lots of bugs. The latest problems were related to check-in where after cheking the passenger details i could not continue through with getting the boarding pass.

Will only give same delay information as sent by email. Will not give actual or accurate information. Unable to upgrade to business class during checkin, had to do that on the website.

It constantly gives me the error of " resource owner not authenticated", yet F.f number and pin code are correct. I am traveling for business, nightmare not being able to do checkings

The app has an option to copy to calendar, one of its most useful features, but doesn't add the return trip.

completely useless. i've tried 3 times to check in with this, without any success.

After the recent update, my trips now working well on my Huawei phone. Fix quickly

Useless, doesn't even give me my flight number. The only use it has its upselling crap for my flight I don't want. Removed instantly after one time trying to use it.

The phone app is great, the accompanying watch app however is only ok as the departure/arrival times are set to my country of residence where as the boarding time is set to the local time PLEASE FIX THIS!!! Also would be good to be able to scroll though all of your upcoming flights not just the next one on the watch app.

Buggy. Does the basics well , but bugs in the app prevent me adding a passport (can't enter the country of issue or nationality) or payment type. Hence just 3 stars

I booked my Boeing 747 flight easy peasy.It was the best experience in first class!

I find the app easy to use and I have all the information I need right there.

Poor that you can't login with your Google account if you have a linked Google account how do you log in?

Why do I have to keep logging in ? When I installed this app I logged in, and was able to do what I wanted to keep track of my upcoming trip. Now that I will be returning home soon I thought I'd check when I can check-in for my flight, but the app is asking me to login again. What's the point of that, should I carry a list of passwords around with me ? I may as well just use my mobile browser, it remembers my passwords.

Does what I require... when it lets me in. Contact is now only by social media or telephone - so it won't happen. And there's no forgotten password button.

OK....new update and tried to book some flights...the app accepts dates then just hangs....

Not working AT ALL

It comes up with some good flight offers for a very broad range of airports and does a good job of routing through connecting locations and carriers. Unfortunately, the flight picker page is unreadable on my 10" tablet because it is squeezed into a tiny bar down the middle of the landscape screen. The screen can neither be magnified nor rotated. I don't think this would be difficult to fix.
