Your service is pathetic. You guys are never available on phone. Your customer care service is absolutely useless. Your cabs never run on time. Also I usually take the 10:38 am cab in the morning which is never on time. It is running 30 mins late. I can understand a delay of maximum 5 mins but 30 mins is totally unacceptable. High time you guys need to revamp your services. My experience is unpleasant beyond comprehension.

I booked a share ride this morning from Chakala to SEEPZ. I was unable to find the cab near the Metro station. The customer care agent mentioned about some problem going on and hence cabs are not available. In that case why do guys display it as Available. Secondly for the payment refund i need to cancel the bookings in My Bookings tab. I couldn't find my booking, it says Please book first. I mean how STUPID, ride is displayed in Recent Bookings but not in My Bookings. Total waste of time and effort.

Please add route from Vashi to Andheri Railway station as my brother's office is nearby Andheri station but due to no route he is unable to use it. And also please increase the time limit of last cab from SEEPZ to after 8 PM also as last cab is at 7 43 and majority of people leave after 8. AND PLEASE PROVIDE OPTION TO LOGOUT.

This is not car sharing service .so it comes with pre decided cars or mini bus .and affordable .and trusted .but i have suggestions for zoomot .u must keep all routes one main station to tail end for all western or eastern .u donor give option to book seat as it's not required .u must take booking 1 day prior and give seat no and bus no via sms...urgent booking must be 1 hour prior and must be separate part in app....For bulk booking offer some discount .for cancellation deduct fix Amt

Mumbai, here's a fantastic solution to beat the daily traffic. Cost effective and safe. Save petrol, time and helps control pollution. Try it and you will love it.

They have limited routes and timing but they still providing a good service..their control system is fast and keep updating with status ..

The app is so slow no calendar option no cabs available. Route info is not clear like east or west stations.

Registration page is not in proper alignment. Images are getting blurred on Xperia z1. Application is getting crashed. Source destination text field are creating confusion while looking out for places.
