This app used to be good. Now all it does is jam up and slow your phone down. The availability of new apps to download is horrible.

We've gotten so many things! And in no time at all. Customer strive is amazing!

I had it before. Now I can't figure out how to login in to get my points back. I don't understand.

This is an awesome app. I love it. The bonuses would be great if there were apps to download. The only one I had available was incompatible with my phone. But I keep on playing bc I FREAKING LOVE IT!!!!! #RollTideRoll

I am tired of trying to get help to get this app bugged out since the update. They say it's being worked on and they know but I continue to be unable to collect points. They don't even try to make it right.

How are you supposed to reach gold level each day? It won't even let me reach bronze! I hate that I have to dislike posts but it does give more points that way...not sure I will make it to the goal to get a prize. .

Since the latest updates it's fast and easy to earn points and the rewards are great!

Help!!!! I have been trying to redeem points for 2 days. I complete the process and when I do anything within the app it refunds my points and cancels my order. I can't contact support bc when I try to do that it closes the app. Please help. I have redeemed a lot of points and never had this problem. It doesn't say it's out of stock just cancelled. :( I have even tried different items.

It's a great app, but the only downside is I can never get any other apps to download to get points... It's always the same ones, & I can't download them because I don't have the correct version to download the app.. I don't have any other updates tho :/ but besides that, I love the app.

I could be on this app all day and never get enough points! I got one thing, and after the updates, its so hard to get enough points. I've had this app for a long time, and can't get the points up for one thing. I'm deleting it because I've stopped trying anymore.

After months of changes. No news feed, disappearing points, missing points for games etc, I'm deleting all 4 apps. Customer service is the absolute worst out there. It honestly used to be a good app. Not since the fall of last year. They need to give up. Let me guess affinity...."We are sorry you are experiencing issues. If you will email us....." Done that several times.

I love this app. And I love the stuff I have gotten. BUT today I can't contact support because when I try to it says that Alabama has stopped. I can't get any points today bc it keeps telling me I have reach my point limit for today to try another activity and when I try something else I get the same message. So what is going on????? I want to get back to getting my points please!!!!

So I downloaded the app solitaire, to receive more points and this is my 3rd day and I haven't received any points or even acknowledgement that I downloaded it. Could you please check into this? The app in itself Louder Rewards is a nice way to get better knowledge of certain sports and to keep updated on info as well.

Used to love this app. Since the new update it freezes up ALL THE TIME and it's so hard to earn points. Need to fix the problem ASAP or I will not be using the app anymore.

when the new update came through I was in love with it. Then I started having issues getting one of my redemption cards I got before the update. Support told me to uninstall and then reinstall the app and sign in the way I did before. I use my FB to sign in. So when I did that it created a new account with the exact same fb account. This froze all of my apps and the 420,000 points I already accumulated. I have tried to contact costumer service and they continue to ignore me. Worst costumer service ever!!!

Was a good app before the update but now it sucks it's a waste of time.

Was having minor issues with the app until the new update. Now the high fives and fist bumps aren't working and the app options to download are only a few and they aren't good choices. I'm married so I won't download a dating app.. otherwise I've enjoyed this app.

App keeps freezing

Absolutely hate this app now!! Put everything back how it was!! This sucks so hard rocks would be better to app with!! You people messed this app up sooooooo bad!!! I should have never, ever did the update!!! I want the old app back !!!

This was a great app but the new updates are terrible! Can't earn hardly any points now and have to install other apps to get them which doesn't work, need to change it back the way it was!

I don't like the new update. The layout is weird and although trivia is fun it doesn't give many points for the time needed. And to get points now you have to install other apps. I used this app because it was one of the few that didn't require installing a bunch of other apps to get points. Probably going to uninstall.

I liked it before the update now it sucks i downloaded 2 games and never got the points and one was for 1000 points

The new update cuts everything off on my lgV10. Unable to use app anymore.

This app seems to suck, doesn't do what it supposed to do, cannot get the points needed to get rewards, I have contacted them twice about it, it was supposed to be fixed by Nov . 13th yeah right. Save your time and energy and find another- - - I have contacted them 4 time's and all with the same response "you are updating ' well it still says that you can win a hat in 13 days hmm it's been over a month - - also still cannot get more than 4 to 5 hundred points and where are the 300 points at ?

B4 Update I DID GET MY prize I earndd IN THE MAIL 10-30-15. AT one point this was real. YOU CAN SEE THE PIC ON my fb page nam on Facebook is LaBrisha Riley Brown. Now don't even expect to get 1,000 pts a day. (Prizes R about 74,000 points & up) until they do a fair update this is a waste of time guys. If you have questions lela89 is my twitter handle.

I used to love this app. Not for the past few weeks I don't get the opportunity to earn the reward points I need. It won't allow me to get over 500 points to even try to redeem the free daily giveaway. Very disappointed. I've contacted support a few times and they don't seem to solve any issues. Now the reward I was working towards has went up in points to be redeemed. Not a happy app user.

Good app. Still haven't earned my first reward but I'm getting there. A few bugs but they are working through them. Customer service is quick to reply! Gave it four stars instead of five because it drains my phone battery.

How are we supposed to earn points to win stuff when there aren't any ways to earn points? The first week I was able to get points, but for the past few days there have only been like 3 things that have given me 30 points each. Wtf?

New update can't get hardly any points anymore. I never see any 300 points anymore and no 20 points either. You get a handful of 30 and 10 point clicks and that's it. How are you suppose to get anything if there aren't any points and the prizes are so high you can't ever win.
