My favorite app. I've redeemed so many awesome prizes for myself and my family. They are always updating to make the app even better. Customer Service is very nice and helpful. They do all they can to resolve your problem.

I love this app. I especially love that you are not left hanging when you have problems.

I like app but I'd like to see more choices of apps. I keep getting the same 3 or 4 apps that i don't want to try or need.

No apps to download, defeats the purpose. How can I earn points without apps?!

Had this app when it was worth having. Now you have to spend all day on it to make a dent in points not to mention large points are never given to you.....waste of time

This is an awesome app that over the past several years has grown and evolved. It is a great way to earn points for gift cards & merchandise. Their support responds quickly and they have their customer's interest as a high priority

apps don't download then if you get points to fast the app slows way way way down

Best App Ever

The application freezes, kicks you out, doesn't award points and you can't download applications to increase points. At least that's how it's been for me.

I had a Galaxy S5 and it worked fine. I switched to Sony Xperia Z3v and now I can't do anything but trivia. Contacted customer service, and no answer. I will keep (slowly) chipping away until I have enough for a gift card, then I'm deleting app. It's sad, this app use to be by far the best way to earn gift cards out of all the others I tried.

I gave it another try. Just when they started getting the app to work well again, they updated it...again. Most of the apps dont install, the ones that do are either scammy or you don't get points for them. Interacting with the sports content results in a 30 second commercial after every article. Big waste of time. Uninstalled. Don't waste your time with this app.

You get kicked out alot, and the app freezes on you but if you have nothing better to do you can earn some pretty good prizes.

Many of the apps you can get points for downloading are scams. Read the reviews on any apps this app tries to direct you to download and use. Having those apps on yours make you as much of a scammer as them!

How long till this app is fixed? They keep saying they are working on it but nothing changes?

Can't even open it

So dissappointed with the latest update. Most apps are unavailable and when I can load an app I can't access it for points. Please go back to the way it was.

I only get credit for the first day I download an app, then it doesn't show in my downloaded apps. So I end up with a couple hundred points instead of thousands. I messaged them for support with no response. There's also no way to turn off alerts; don't really care to be woken at midnight when I have to get up at 4am.

Pretty good, entertaining

I have received hundreds of dollars in real rewards from this app. Then they made changes because some people were abusing the app, whatever that means. Now you have to download other apps every day plus spend hours trying to meet the 5000 points a day to get the "bonus". If you are bored and have hours each day to waste or if you enjoy loading your phone with useless apps then by all means down load this app. If not then don't waste your time. Thanks Louder for all the great gifts and goodbye.

With this last update points don't show up after watching commerical. Way to had to get points.

Absolutely love this app. It's one of my favorite apps. New update makes it easier to earn bonuses. Just really wish there was Red Wings version.

I started out getting lots of points then once I hit the 80,000 mark, it started locking up and the point value went way down. At first I was able to get 10,000 in a short amount of time and now I can't reach 5000 in a whole day. Most likely will stick with it until I get my shirt then will uninstall it. Still upset, I feel like this should be labeled as a scam. You can't get points and it sucks you data usage. Then if you redeem gift cards, it's like pulling teeth to get the card. I am uninstalling it and won't bother with this anymore. It would be easier just to buy the item you want.

*Opens app* *Clicks a link* *30 second video ad* *gets ONE point* *closes app* The video ads are awful and not worth the points you get 90% of the time. Pretty much done wasting my time and battery life. I NEVER make it to 10,000 a day with the new changes because the video ads take too long to earn points in a timely fashion.

I have already gotten a couple of items and they are of very good quality there is a couple of bugs in the app but there always trying to improve it

Before the update I would give it 5 stars.After the update I would give it no stars went from getting all the bonus you could get everyday to not being able to get a 1000 points a day.I download apps and dont get any credit for them

Used to love this app but its awful now. Takes 5 times as long to get rewards. And it wont let me redeem my current points, instead it just keeps telling me to go for a bigger reward

I literally watched my points disappear last night. Took almost 3,000 away as I was trying to earn. Don't scam people please.

New version wasn't so bad, even with the apps and videos taking up so much of my time... but everytime I try to redeem my points the app crashes and won't allow it. I'm getting seriously angry. EDIT: They have fixed it so that technically you can redeem rewards. But now they won't allow you to redeem the smaller gift cards. You are FORCED to earn enough points for a higher card. How do I know if i put in the effort to earn that many points that they will actually give me the card? I don't trust them.

Not caring for the new app don't like the fact that you tap out just before 10000 points every day so never get a chance to get the 5k and are they ever going to make a Oriole's rewards app
