Kansas City Baseball Rewards

I have been back/forth with customer service for literally over a year in attempts to have the product I earned sent to me. When that didn't happen it was back/forth to have the points refunded to me. More back/forth bc the app was not working/wouldn't let me log in. Did as instructed, made new account. App still not working. Gave up. Came back a time later, got logged in, only to find all my points where gone. More back/forth, and now they have disabled my account stating that I have more then one account. All of this bc I simply want to earn my son some KC Royals gear. I will never get back the time I wasted on this app trying to earn gifts for my child. I am not angry that I tried to earn him gifts, I am livid bc this app is a fraud, and I can never get the time wasted, back. I have all these interactions with customer support logged if anyone has any doubt as to the run around I have been put through.

I have used louder rewards app for over a year and enjoy it daily. It's fun and easy to play the trivia and games and get rewarded with prizes quickly. Their customer service is outstanding!

Been using this app since 2015. I have been earning things that I can't get in stores around in NY when you are a Kansas City fan. The quality of the apparel is #1.

I have been using the Louder Rewards app for about a year now I think it's one of the best apps in the market. It allows you to keep up with your favorite team AND win FREE stuff in the process. But what really makes this app the best is its unique support team! It took me awhile to figure out the app. I had issues with logging in, updates, redemptions, etc. So I found myself contacting them several times. Each time I contacted them they went above and beyond to solve my problem quickly and efficiently I wish all companies had such excellent customer service teams!

How you suppose to contact customer support if app wont even open any one else with this problem

I messaged the support and they said after you accumulate 200,000 points you can no longer redeem points for rewards under that level. I am getting out of this app and uninstalling it ... hopefully with the patience to redeem my points at the 200,000 point level.

The new update sucks, want the old one back, can't see how many points earned daily, so you don't know when to enter the daily give away. I can see me uninstalling this app in my future.

Hate this new version. Sends me straight to the rewards can't even play the game I downloaded for extra points. Can't even get anything to show up thinking about unistalling it too bad cause i loved the older version. Cant even use the app today keeps just flashing and won't load this new version sucks

It used to be awesome. Now it's terrible. Nothing works, no apps to download, even if you do get an app, it doesn't confirm. Horrible horrible!!!

App needs a setting that you can adjust how many notifications you recieve!!!! My phone goes off all day, even when at work!!!! Not cool!!!!

This app used to give decent points this last update has really messed it up... I d/l apps and it doesn't show I've downloaded them or get points

I used to love this app and used it constantly until it was reformatted and then everything changed. It's hard to earn points and the app consistently shuts down with notification to report it. If it was revised to the original format I'd use it until then, I would advise people not to waste their time with this app

I used to love this app, even got a reward. Now that is has went to the new version, it will not open anymore. I am afraid if I uninstall, all my points will go away

This way of earning points is harder, takes to much time.

Hit my daily points limit at just over 3000. Dropped the bonus down to 1000. Which is impossible to get now. I wont download any more apps because I'm not getting any of my points. Adding to earlier post.... everything is a lie! They still act like you can earn 10,000 points a day. If you devote your entire day you can come close to 2,000 but those 10,000 points a day are gone it would seem forever. Haven't uninstalled yet but very close to it.

Like the new updates, but having some technical issues...sometimes doesn't load the app, and trivia doesn't always unlock next level even when I get enough questions right.

Been using this app for several months, and love it! Love the articles, but especially the pictures! I live right outside of KC, so especially loved the Royals app this year. Of course, the reward points are a great bonus too.

Lost all my previous points, probably cause I couldn't remember how I signed up months ago. But even worse, every time I closed app and reopened today I was back at zero!!! Very unhappy with these changes and repetitive loss of points!

The app constantly freezes when using and crashes. It is harder to get points due to the fact that you have to keep opening the app and closing it every few minutes. It is almost impossable to do anything on this app. I am about ready to be done wasting my time with this app.

This app use to be amazing! They recently did an upgrade and now the only way to get points is to download a bunch of apps to your phone. I used to reach gold status everyday and now I would be lucky to reach 5,000. Not worth your time.

When the new update came out I signed into Facebook and my points weren't carried over so now I'm missing 31k points...furthermore anytime I install an app, the app closes and shuts down. I don't earn the points or anything. I'm starting to get frustrated!

I hate myself getting back on the app. I last redeemed points for my goal of the $5 Amazon card and had a few thousand points left. I decided I would try to reach the goal again and uninstall the app and do away with this. I got up to the points for my $5 gift card goal and now it says error, you are in the big leagues now and I have to work on a bigger goal. I just want the $5 card and I'm getting out of this app.

Can't get many points anymore, ads aren't worth points, so why should I care about them. Pushing 30 second ads on people every time for measly 1-3 points is only irritating. Having to play games for 30 minutes for 20 points is also a waste of my time. I used to love this app, I received many goodies before, but I'm truly disappointed in this "upgrade." Sad, what was once a favorite, engaging me for hours, has become basically worthless anymore.

The advertisements are still a bit much, but they have Dooney and Burke so i'll take it.

Order D&B purse... only not to get it, out of stock! Plus new version doesn't give enough points and to many commercials. Kinda wish it was back like the beginning. ..

This app has had some issues since I started using it 6 months ago, (no app is flawless) but I've found that when the issues are brought to the support teams attention they are quickly taken care of. It's a great way to win free stuff! I am able to keep up with what's going with the Royals and earn points... which I have redeemed for a KC Royals T-shirt, Amazon gift card and Target gift cards. I also won the daily prize one time! It's totally legit and totally free!

After several attempts to redownload the app it will not open!!! It was great before update.

Since the latest update, it works great! I can get close to maxing out everyday.

Thank you for the cool prizes!! App is still glitchy with the new lay out (points aren't registering or totaling correctly) but I still enjoy the articles!

It also takes longer to get to the articles. Please highlight the little book so we can see it. Used to be my favorite app

2/12-Says 2000 pt daily limit met, so can't get free prize entry at 5000 pts or 3000 pt 3rd-day bonus for getting 10,000 pnts today. Have to start over again to get 5000 pt bonus for getting 10,000 daily pts. No pts for Load New Ads. Support requests thru app unanswered. 2/7-Past 3 days problems with app says I met daily limit but I didn’t. Won't register pts. Missed out on yesterday's limit, won't get my 5000 bonus pts and free prize entry today due to this.

Since my last update the app won't load. I had no problem before, I really enjoyed it. I hope a new update fixes the problem. Other than that it's a really good app, with no complaints.
