Tried to redeem a few rewards but they're out of stock, love the app and opportunity to get cool stuff but it's frustrating to get the points necessary for what you want and not be able to get it

Says I need to turn on ad tracking. Problem is it don't say how. Can't find anything online about it for Android OS. Only for Apple. Help me fix this and you'll get more stars for sure.

I downloaded games no points. Then there's no games on the app to download only quizzes that repeat it's self.

Totally loved playing at first. Now I will download an app and it will tell me points are waiting so I play it and get points... then it will say can't confirm download. Not sure how that's possible. Also not many apps left to install that don't require purchasing

Won a hat on 10/20/16 and STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT! My wife has already received stuff from a different team!! App doesn't work looked at asked questions and says oops something went wrong each day for a week. Wasted my time!!

This app is okay. Enjoyed it at first and I was able to redeem a gift card but it just says request received and that was almost a week ago. No customer support to be found.

Having a problem with App. Everytime I download apps it keeps tell me that they are unable to verify my download.

I liked it at first the the more I play and more points I get the less rewards I see! When I started there was tons of giants goodies and now all I see are Items with footballs on them nothing to do with giants and there are only like 8 to choose from? And I chose a gift card and it will never process never works!

What is going on with redemption process. I Havnt been able to receive my redemptions. And its been processing forever now. I am also not able to submit complaints with support... The page will not load.

App is better than it used to be!

Really liked the app until it kept crashing on me. I try to get 5000 points each day to get progressively better bonuses. Looks like I'll break my streak today since I can't even open the app anymore. Not worth time to download and play the games if I need to deal with such extensive crashing out of nowhere. Will probably delete.

Thought the app was great untill I tried redeeming my prize. I got a message stating that my stuff to get it to me is incomplete and to contact support.... But I have been trying for two days to do so and it keeps saying there are problems it can't open. I want my prize!!!! Or I will be deleting and a bunch of family and friends I got to get the app will be leaving with me after they all write their review of course!

This app is wonderful! I get up to date info on my team and players! I have earned shirts a hoodie pants and so much more it's great since the area I am at doesn't sell my GIANTS gear. Wonderful!!!!

Every time the game said to play a game while the bonus point thing was on I played a game but didn't get the bonus points why?

Update: Still has the same problems. Installed 4 apps for their bonus and every app said it could not confirm install but was able to play for no credits. Bumping down a star and will again if problem doesnt get fixed. Problems receiving credits for installs, indicating it cannot confirm installation. App shuts down unexpectedly at different times. Definitely needs more apps for install and play credits. May update if it gets better.

Last year I would have given this app 5 stars.... It was simple and easy to accumulate points, now I'm just lost..... I just do Trivia now.... Can someone help me with this?

500 points high five bonus not working last few days.

I love this app. I'm having a few problems with the new update. The app closes a lot. It's not letting me get points each day for the apps downloaded.
