Love this app. My only issue is when I click on a story to get points it will say (for example) +36, but when I back out after viewing the story, my point balance is the same as before. This has happened on more than one occasion. I am owed many points because of this issue

Has changed so much.was a lot easier to get points. And daily reward was easier to enter. Its hard to get 5000 points a day unless u just download apps or have nothing else to do but this. Loved it before not really into it now.

Had it before, never received anything with thousands of points... New phone, lost all points as they don't attach them to your Facebook account. Then mentioned my son downloaded it and they asked me for his personal information after telling me it's in the rules that he must be 18. Jumped through hoops and downloaded crap for no reason!!

I Do not like the new app. Just updated it and now it want even open. Who ever is in charge of changes either needs to do a better job or get another job.

I love this app. Keeping up with sports news, trying new games and other apps and just relaxing while earning points toward redemption of a fabulous NFL reward of my choice is totally awesome.

Would be nice if the apps to download for points were not fighting games and shopping apps. Some of us don't get incomes or like to play violent games.

Takes time to get points but it is worth the time. Have gotten many items and gift cards. Need to get paypal. GEAUX SAINTS

Waist of time been back an forth with support over not getting my 30000 points for getting hulu on my device they said i never downloaded it but then i sent a screen shot an they still denie its on my phone. FYI THE MORE APPS YOU DOWNLOAD THE MORE THEY GET PAID THE MORE THEY JERK YOU AROUND. If i could give 0 stars i would

It's a great way to keep up with your team and the members on your favorite team. It's also a great with to get their gear if you can't afford it or don't have a store near to buy it from.

I Would love to say that I love this app, but it's constantly reloading and freezing. Points are hard to get. I loved the original version. Every time the app updates, I actually lose points.

I tried to redeem some points on a Sproles jersey it said 40, 000 I had almost 70, 000 and wouldn't let me redeem .

It used to be fun now its just to hard things dont open. And its making me mad. I have alot of points if something better comes around I will delete thus app first. I dont understand it any more and its one big hassle. I lived without saints stuff in the past and I can keep on living without it. Why to go Saints mess it up. They famous for that. Update this and you will mess it up. Every time you update it gets worst so I wont update anymore until I trade in my points then delete.

I don't know what your problem is with this app it will not load I've tried updating and I've tried uninstalling and installing it again and still won't load I want to know what the problem is your waisting my time and my net I want a respons now no later than tommarow I mean it don't make me wait I want a answer

This used to be a great app. I've gotten several items through the app but then they changed it. The most points I can get in a day is 150....and that's if I sit through about 30 mins of ads. I have 45,000 points but wouldn't you know, the lowest amount of points you need for an item is 55,000. There's no way I will live long enough to accumulate 55,000 points.....and I'm 31 yrs old. What a disappointment....this app used to be amazing.

I had only used louder for a few days before they updated how their apps and points with apps work. Unfortunately, now that we have get points for 7 apps a day most give an error message when you first click them OR after you download and get the day 1 points you get a message saying they were unable to confirm that I downloaded it.

On the Galaxy s7 I downloaded apps them I go to my menu And Click on my app and it's saying there are no downloaded apps I thought we where going to be aloud 5 app downloads a day. VERY ANNOYING Please fix this was my favorite app.

Used to be simple to use and navigate. Can't redeem points, takes forever to earn points....needs to go back to the simple way

This use to be a great app now it is more of a headache then a hobby I use to use the app everyday now that the app has been updated it now sucks... half of the time it won't even open it just says the app has stopped!!! Please please fix my favorite app

This WAS one of my favorite apps. The update has turned this app into an extremely frustrating experience. Points are almost non existent & about half the time, points collected aren't added to my bank.
