5000 points is the maximum now???? What's going on it used to be 20,000 the maximum. A 40,000 amazon card takes 5 days. And it says only 2 days? What's going on louder seriously....!

I used to love this app. Now you barely get any points and it crashes. Not to mention some of the tasks just flat out don't give points. I'm over it!

The new update is trash. Don't install! They know 98 percent of the people hate this update and they don't care at all.

I keep trying to hang on to my faith in Louder Rewards but it is slipping. Now after earning 10,000 pts the day before I'm no longer allowed to return the following day to get 10,000 and my bonus. Says that I've reached my maximum points for that activity. I can't get a single point today! So the 1,000 -5,000 daily bonuses are now a joke and just there to bait you until you find out its now unattainable. Oh and forget about contacting support. They don't exist anymore either.

I dont like this new trivia version. Go back to what it was.

I love this app, but new download I can't log back in

Loved this app when I downloaded it a week ago or so. I had been very excited to start earning gear for my favorite team! However, for the last few days, there hasn't been opportunity for points. How can we achieve gold status if the only points available are liking pictures and reading articles for 10pts a piece? Uninstalling if something doesn't change.

Terrible. It will not refresh or offer any points. I just downloaded this app and will be uninstalling. I use their mlb one and it was working fine until I downloaded this too. Very disappointed.

They claim you can earn a jersey in 36 days but forget that fantasy. The most points I've been able to earn in a day is 720 and that was only because I carried over 130 from the day before .. In one day I haven't made more than 500 points ... At this rate it will take more than a year to earn the jersey.. I've sent several emails regarding their claim and nothing has changed .. This is crap!

We have two phones with this app. Iphone gives great points hardly freezes. This app freezes constantly and the pts are so low can't even get to daily.

It's a good app but I haven't be able to get no points at all. I emailed the customer service and still haven't received a response back.

This App SUCKS! It's been 2 months and I still haven't gotten enough points to get my reward.

No points only 10 is not working

I contacted the email like they said to do regarding no points and haven't got a response yet. Been about a week.

I haven't been able to get points anymore and they said that I won a prize but I haven't receive it

Talked to a representative before they did the update and he assured me all was fine with my accounts. After the update suddenly all my accounts were disabled. After multiple emails today I finally got a reply saying as I am outside of the US I am not even allowed to play and all accounts were terminated permanently. Well, keep the points then and maybe hire someone to fix your download settings then. This app is downloadable internationally and what you did here was seriously BS.

I have been writing to support for months and get the same thing "program is trying to fix it"or" if you don't like it leave the app. If you dislike it"..in Dec. This app was the bomb. Now it is bombing. Going down the hill fast.. This is to your reply if read these, why do you tell me to write to your support when I already said I talked to them already and got nowhere?? Lol

Updated to new version and now the app opens and closes right away. Go back to older version from May 2015. Ok I can open it and so far so good.

Yeah no this app has become like every other app. It takes 3 hours to reach at least 700 points if that's going to be the case lower the point goal to from 10000 to 5000 if anybody says this app is good your insane. After the update this has become utterly ridiculous. You guys get pages a lot more for all the ads there is here.

Love this app but for the last 8 hours..mine has not given me any point opportunities. I keep loading and loading and still nothing....

Since the last update, I haven't been able to get any points. It just keeps loading over and over with the same opportunities. I love this app, please fix soon!
