This app is awesome. It is easy to get points while keeping up with all your favorite teams. The rewards are real. I have personally redeamed many geft cards they arrive quick and prompt. Gear prizes come from a 3rd party and arrive.

Have redeemed points weeks ago and still have not received the earrings. Hopefully will get them soon otherwise not work the time.

Love this app but now won't let me redeem points for gear. My husband and I have been using this app for over a year now and have never had this problem. Glad this was just for me and not a Christmas present. Very disappointed and will not recommend this app to anyone till this problem is fixed. Please fix!

Its just a picture and nothing happens.

Nothing happens I just get a screen that says earn bengals gear.

Now that i have enough enough points for a reward I cant claim anything because the app "stops working" and automatically closes reported many times with no fix

Wasn't impressed with the app after the big update earlier in the year but it's back to being great. It is ever changing but hopefully it's only up from here. Much easier to earn again.

The new update is horrible. Doesn't tell you what to click or read. Unsure of the point value unless you go check your points. Still not saving my reward I am working toward. App will not close without being forced. Contacted support, no help what so ever. Can't even see the other teams in my feed now.

My husband got me hooked on this app, and I haven't stopped since. Wonderful rewards, outstanding customer service are just a few of the reasons you have to have this app! You're missing out if you don't!

I have had the app for some time they added gift cards and so i ordered a 5 dollar Amazon one a few days passed no emails from them so I go to the app and their is a problem with my account then I email them and said what the hell and they said I was threatened them and they did not have to a dress the problem because I said what the hell I screen shot it but could not post to this review but I do have my email and there response I had to give it a star to leave this review but truly it is - 1

They legit give away free gear. But they like to play games. Don't get too comfortable they will change the game on you as soon as it benefits them

I love this app! Been using it since January to help build my Amazon account with the gift cards. I have earned a lot of gift cards with points, I have also won two $5 dollar gift cards and a pair of Bengals flip flops from the hourly drawing playing trivia. This is my favorite app of all time to keep up with my team. I have however ran into an issue that I've been patiently waiting for to be fixed. The last gift card I had redeemed, I can't get my messages or redemptions opened to get the code.

Every app I download is just disappearing every time I close out of it I lose it where do they go?

I love the app but I didn't get credit for the 3 apps I downloaded today. They don't even show up in the apps I downloaded. Please help.

You guys just keep making this app worse and worse and worse!! Once I think it might be better.....NOPE! I had several friends using this app and loving it but have recently deleted it because now it's WAY TOO time consuming.

This app used to be awesome, then everything changed. I wasn't a fan of the first update and major change but got used to it. Now it's been updated again and it's impossible to earn points and full of glitches. Company seems determined to self destruct, Facebook is full of complaints. Really disappointing. Please go back to the way it was after the first update.

I used to love this app but now it's not giving points. I only got 1400 today and when I click read more, it says "oh you already reached your daily limit on this try something else" and I get ZERO points. Same with everything and when I click on a day for an installed app it's says the same, and I get ZERO points AND it takes away that day and points. How am I supposed to get 5000 to enter the daily prize or the 10000 to get the 1-5k bonus when it won't give me any points whatsoever! Very disappointed! 

I loved this app when I downloaded it and past few weeks its almost become a waste of time. I struggle all day and can barely reach 5,000 mark before it resets. If it doesn't get fixed I will just delete it.

The app was better before this update. As far as downloading apps to earn points, it didn't work for me. I downloaded 3 and never received the points.

Not only do I get to stay up to date on my beloved Bengals I also earn points for absolutely free gear. I have already received two free gifts. Thank u so much for developing such an amazing app.
