AFmobile for Android
It's easy to install, register, and start. Not sure I filed a claim correctly since there was little explanation.
I literally walked from check-in to the waiting room and filed and uploaded FSA claim fitment documents. It was awesome!!
It needs a drop down calendar for the age on dependent care claims. Otherwise it's super easy and really convenient
Got my claim processed faster. It's nice to take a quick picture and be finished.
Terrific, now I don't have to wait until I'm at work to submit my forms through my computer!
A MUST HAVE for Flex accounts! No more keeping up with receipts.
Super easy, can upload after doc emails receipt
Super easy to file claims, and they're handled very quickly
Easy once I got in. Thank you
Grrat spp. Made filing FSA easy.
Easy to use!
Excellent App!
Easy and efficient
Easy to use
Easy to use
Easy-peasy!
Made my claim process easy.
Crashes, doesnt work
Very easy and quick.
Crap app.. always kicks you out and always asks for a rating.. well you got one.. its crap!
I can't login, I can't fill out forms. It opens, but no buttons work
Improved greatly since my first use 4 years ago.
Super easy to file my flex claims
Perfect after initial set up.
Easy!
Can't register
I do not like submitting receipts that it is obvious that it is to a medical provider. The card transaction would not go through if it is used outside of approved providers. Also, I do not like submitting invoices from a pharmacist that forces me to take a picture of medications I am taking. The card transactions are turned down if it is an over-the-counter item. It is none of AF's business what I am taking. A simple drown down for frequently used providers would be nice.
While the app does allow you to submit claims via a phone, the status of claims isn't updated to the account website until after a claim is approved/denied, which can take weeks or more. This has led me to mistakenly submit duplicate claims thinking they had failed to submit on several occasions. In addition, the only way to check what claims you've submitted is to click each submission individually and check the value, as they are indistinguishable apart from date of submission.
This app is very easy to use. Updates have made it better and more user friendly. Only recommendation I would make would be the ability to upload a file in addition to the option of taking a picture. That way, we could scan multiple pages and upload it as a file.
The worst app I've ever used. Couldn't even register because I spent 15 minutes playing choose the picture to prove I wasn't a robot. Don't waste your time unless you like picture games.
Even when you upload receipts you still get letter declining to pay without a copy of receipt. Is crazy that you have to submit a receipt when it's a known fact if you're using your card at a dental or medical facility not buying a big mac from my ob
submitting fsa claim is easy, UI needs work, bug in count if photos and when done adding it takes you back to first step. getting money does nit happen fast, been a week and still have not gotten money
I submitted my first claim, today. It was super easy! Not sure about turn around time for reimbursement. ..I'll have to wait and see...
Easily enough to file a claim. Needs a little work on the dating system for dependant daycare. All in all it works good, I recommend it for the photos of receipts. Easy to save.
I cannot figure out which account action to choose for submitting Requested Documentation versus turning in receipts to get reimbursed for. Otherwise the app is fine.
A simplified version of the online service center. Appropriate for quick claim submission, processing still takes time. Does not save data and so much be re-entered. Needs improvement in that area
The app is fine when it's working. However, the processing time keeps getting longer and longer. That and they deny at least a third of my legitimate claims.
Annoying that I have to upload for every swipe of my card since it is my responsibility to ensure that expenses are within IRS guidelines. Easy process however.
The app itself is good. I don't like the company policy of submitting every receipt for every doctor visit that I have a co-pay for b/c it's on me to prove it to the IRS anyways.

Easy to use except for when putting in your child's birthday on the dependent care claim form. You can not just type in the date but have to scroll back month after month until you get to the correct month and year. Very time consuming.
