Facecrime is an easy to use, Instant notification Crime Fighting App. The home page offers a variety of Alert buttons for different situations. Should you be under threat or in a dangerous situation, simple choose your Alert, press the the button and your situation alert and location will be instantly pinged to other users within your immediate area (3km radius)
The receiver receives your alert status including time, date and distance. The receiver user presses the Alert summary to open a Google map which displays both their current position and your alert position on the map and visa versa.

I'ts a good idea. It allows you to alert all other app users in your area of any crime or incedent. It gives their location once the alert has been sent. It does need a lot of improvements though. 1. An indication of nearby users. 2. Stats of events. 3. Ability to add descriptions to alerts. 4. A user nickname for each user, so we can see who is sending alerts and block spammers.( Login with cell number and sms verification code) 5. keep up the good work!

No where to put settings in. Tried to connect with Facebook but just keeps sending me round in circles. Go to alerts and the little arrow just keeps spinning. Tried testing and posting legitimate alerts and nothing happens! Great idea if it worked!
