after reviewing negative comments, I thought aetna fixed the bugs but turned out to be the worst app ever. tried to add photos of receipts but simply it doesn't work. i use cigna mobile app which is flawless and fast.

Login Issue. The login credentials work with the website but not with the app. Looks like a very old problem, not fixed so far.

Well, as previously mentioned it does not allow you to login and the Aetna International website says I'm already registered but can't find a user name for me. Pretty irritating.

Each time when I select the Claims Center, app crashes. It's been over a month and seems like problem still persists. Not sure if this is because latest Android OS update on S7.

Not so impressive App. Lead time to fix defects when reported is long.

Using the same credentials as the site, I can't login to the app. Something is not working properly there...

Am able to login on their website but the same credentials do not work on the app.. Weird.. Hopefully they will fix this soon.. Uninstalling

ZERO STARS. Why the hell do I get only a ecard. Why cant I get a physical card. why does the app not open on 3g, exactly when I need to show the stupid ecard. Your policy is making me sick and you are not able to help me, be ashamed to call yourself an insurance company. why am I not searchable by my member id. I am stuck as I am a corporate user, else I would have changed.

Zero star. Once I enter login details and click on login it crashes and takes me to my home screen. I am on oneplus two

I ran into the login problem as well with an error telling me to try again in a few minutes. After I tried a few times I switched networks and tried again. It worked but occasionally still reports an error. I think it is likely related to connection speed which is a hole in the service, especially since this is international and internet access is variable. Otherwise I think this can be very helpful.

It will not log in on the mobile app. Annoying to say the least! I have changed the password over and over still not working able to log in on the website from pc this app is terrible can I give a negative 1

I cannot login with the same user/pass as the website. In spite of the instructions to use the same credentials. What is the problem?

VERY simplified claim submission procedure. The only bad thing I've noticed: not clear for the user that you need to select all the files you want to upload and just making photos is not enough
