Can't login. I have entered my username and password multiple times and it just keeps loading up same login page. No error message no notification of any sort. Waste of time.

Can't login! I put in my username and password and clicked login, and it just took me straight back to the login page without any error message or explanation. Unusable.

Can't login same user name and password that works fine on the web, here on this app doesn't work. Aetna has to fix this app. It has too much problems.

Very hard to create account. All names I've tried are taken even unique ones.

If you pick a username while registering that is already taken you will have to restart the registration process from scratch. The provider finder does not let you skip to a particular page, you have to go forward one page at a time. There is no option to stay logged in. When the app has a problem (which is frequent) it will log you out.

Whoever created this app needs to give Aetna a refund. Such poor execution and UI, it's a shame. Constant crashes, error messages and blank screens are only the beginning of this train wreck of an app. I have the Samsung Galaxy S8+, and this is thge ONLY app out of the 189 I have that doesn't work. All the others run flawlessly. I got so frustrated that I went to my desktop to complete my business on the web site, and that crashed as well and completely froze my entire computer. Can you say PISSED? When both the app and the web site are useless, it's time for some serious restructuring at this company. I can't wait for open enrollment so that I can take my business elsewhere. Way to go Aetna. You get 1st Prize for the most useless app on the planet !!!

Aetna mobile does not work, after login you can't do anything (timeouts). This one, I can't even log in. Android 7.1.1, OnePlus 5

1 Star - Doesn't appear to have a place for NJ members to register...

Nothing ever loads and when it does it claims it can't find anything. It doesn't have any of my medications listed. Half the time it won't let me log in. The web site is just as bad.

It's not letting me see anything other than my address and PPC. The data still has me on "pregnancy" plan, which isn't even right. It needs to be updated.

I can't see what meds I'm on. Are claim from pharmacy are anything

It won't even let me log in now. The one time it did I couldn't find any info I needed.Waste of space on my phone.

Pretty simple to use. Though, I don't understand why there's a side bar when I can just swipe to the content and "Find a Provider" is a blank page that says "No History".

Blank screens, poor organization, gemerally poor layout, cookie cutter interface. obviously very little effort or money invested in this prodict

This app sucks. When you click on find a provider, it gets stuck on a blank page. I uninstalled and and reinstalled it and get the same results.

I had them email my user name and changed password, everytime I enter it says it's wrong. Before I couldn't even search for a doctor. What's the point of the app if it doesn't work.

This app would not let me get into the app. Will not let me register and i am not meeting the requirements for the password.

Why make an app that doesn't let you log in? This is typical medical insurance crap. Always looking for ways to screw you and make it difficult.

Hitting the log in button just empties the form with no error message indicating any problem.
