Secret Video Recorder Pro

I rated this app 4 stars until it started preventing me from closing the app because it wanted me to rate it... Stupid inconvenience that I don't need in my life especially when I am trying to conceal this app from someone and I attempt to close it BUT NO IT WON'T CLOSE BECAUSE IT WANTS ME TO RATE IT. Stupid stupid stupid. If it weren't for that one thing it would get 5 stars.

Missing the following features: 1) use of volume key to Start and stop recording. 2) Automatically split the recording into chunks/small files of 5/10 minutes duration so as in case of error the whole recording wouldn't be lost. 3) Fake icon for the application ie. Notepad,game etc. I wish those features will be included in future updates. Anyway overall good application..

As others here have pointed out, it's a dodgy app. Full of false promises. Get refund before time runs out. Like I am. When will developers learn, just be up front and don't lie.

The quick record option is not working or is not even activated on the pro. Its stupid i want my refund. For that i get the normal version and pay for the ads to be removed. Stupid very stupid pro version none of the features even work.

It need to be able to use microsd as storage, and as a secret recorder it should integrate to phone security so I could use finger print or other security measures. Also add features to connect to wireless camera as well trough exist g software or Wi-Fi or even Bluetooth spy cams... that would make this a true usefully secret recorder, so how about letting me chose what sms message starts and stops the camera recording....

Haven't had any issues with it on my new phone, just want the option to change the quick record icon and the name, this is a "spy cam" so why lable it quick record? Please change or give an option to rename icons. Also, everytime I use this app, it mutes the phone sounds, I haft to go into sound settings to unmute it everytime. Is this a way it can do that automatically after stop recording?

Needs customisable headphone controls. Better zoom controls would be great, no UHD recording or ratio settings. Just doesn't do everything the description states. Bit let down for the price.

Cons: 1. Shows up in recent apps. (2) makes a sound when starting to record. Can't silence it without silencing the phone.

You'd think paying for the app would give you the functionality of saving the video on the SD card but no, you're limited to saving it in the internal memory. If it weren't for the two-hour recording limit I'd just give this one star.

It's the only app of its kind that has worked 100% of the time for me. However, while purchasing the app removed the fullscreen ads (that would open even when not using the app) found in the free version (seriously, that is going too far, devs), you are now subject to constant pop-ups asking for you to rate the app ("later" or "now," there is no never). I understand ratings help you out, especially with such a well functioning app, but if I could have found an equally good alternative, I would not use nor purchase from you because of practices like those I outlined. If you decide to change either of those annoyances, let me know and I'll update my review to five stars.

Ive tried them all and this is the best by a mile..Full 1080p recording...unlimited recording time, no noise or fuss and all in the background. Love it, works great on htc one m7 & Samsung galaxy s6.

I have this on my Xperia Z2 running on Marshmallow 6.0.1. No problems now. On my Xperia T (James Bond's phone) when I activate the quick record I get the message that the app has stopped Jellybean isn't supported, I know. Uninstalled from wee phone. It was crashing on my Z2, but I think I fixed it. Any problems, contact the developer via FB Messenger, support is good. I'm still having a few bugs on my M5

Why ask for a rating every time? Why doesn't it blank out the screen? Why can it start recording on open or with a hotkey? Lame.

Really waste of money. It says unlimited but its up to only 2 hrs. I want my money back.

Used with DU recorder this is a solid 5 app. But by itself there are alot of false promises and a solid 2 maybe three star. It needs alot of improvement for a paid version. Free version is a 5 star. Basically paid version is an ad remover nothing more FACT.

Two of my recordings came out unplayable after I recorded for a good while. Please fix, I would like to see my videos not come out with any errors.

App would be Flawless if I could switch Saving Destination to. SD Card, and didn't lose Recording because I ran out of Internal Space! App could never be the great app you are a contributor to it, and it false advertising capabilities it says unlimited but you can only 120 Minutes, that'll be fine if only you made a recording that was 42 minutes cut you off and will not allow you to watch it

Don't install this app. It is impossible to uninstaller it. It will shut down your settings. I've asked them over and over again how uninstaller this app. And they do not respond. This is is a terrible app.

still a 5 star, use the volume keys or the touch screen to zoom in and out. still a thought, even if it doesnt work

Asking to rate every time you exit the app is annoying. I didn't even have a first impression of the functionality, but I already started to hate it because of this. Thanks for the support? I bought the pro version; you already have my support. Change your asking frequency to once every 3 exits.

My videos were lost.. Painstakingly spent three hours and when I once saw the videos.. They just vanished.. Couldn't trace. Without deleting how could they just vanish.

Recording isn't as advertised. It stops recording after 30 mins and in settings it says it allows up to 120 mins. All lies ...

Application does not do that. Paid for unlimited recording but it stops anyway. Paid for no advertising but so much advertising pops up I can't get to the record button. Paid for one-touch recording but it takes two. Paid for it not to show up in photo gallery but it shows up in photo gallery as secret photos. In short, paid for all the extras but they aren't really there. No refund option available.

Its a good app but not unlimited recording. Also can we please have the option choose different resolutions not just low medium high quality. I want the option to choose 2160P

Whenever I select the cut feature to trim the video down as soon as I hit the cut button the program crashes every time. Other than that, a useful app.

I paid for pro as promised of unlimited time duration, only to find out just another 60 minutes additional. Come on, where is unlimited on it?

It does what it says. Have used it,several,times during encounters with cops who think they are the law, or just above it...

The app does what it says it will,but the pop up adds hijack your phone. All the time. You will be dialing a phone number and POP! Full screen pop up.

Do not buy it stops not unlimited still has adds and random adds show up even if app is not open

You set the time. About half an hour later the set time has changed. Why doesnt it stay without changing.

It works well with high quality recording but the low and medium quality recordings get distorted

Only reason it's not getting a 5 is because it doesn't have an option for Time Stamping, that would make this app amazing

It works like 15% of the time. I had an important interview that I needed captured and the app created a file that was unusable.
