The app is ok and all but it would be of much great importance if there is an option to track your package via the aeropost app that would be very useful for users. Also the in app notifications takes a very longtime to alert users that's a problem that needs to be fixed.

There is no consistency between app and Web package tracking history. Both, app and Web version, should be more specific and efficient about actions that I should take when a package is having troubles to get out from customs.

This review is based on one purchase I made through this company. Delivering was really fast, Just 8 days to receive my package, considering there were holidays up in USA, app itself is useful but there's little or no explanation on how it works, I finally figured out myself by using it and interacting with my package. Overall experience was good but the app and information how it works could be better.

Need to be able to,pay for packages from the app like ebay and the notification system needs to be fix because it is the worse past about this app some time it takes a day to get a notification for a package that I already pick up I was ok with the way the app look be for making it look different doesn't change what needs to be improve

App UI looks old compared with modern applications. Also, sometimes when I press the back button on my phone, the app takes me back to the login page instead of switching between tabs... Other than that, the app does its purpose as expected.

Present different status for the packages on the website and on the app. I installed this app because I wanted push messages and the only way to activate them is trough this app. False. This option doesn't exist.

It's a good app but it could be awesome to use the aeroshop all included over there, and share from Amazon app directly to the all included aeroshop so we can do purchases better from our handsets

The app doesn't even open once installed on my phone. I'll use the website which had an overhaul.

By now the aeropost marketplace should be incorporated into the app instead of a browser format.this app sucks. FIRE ur IT staff

I can see that steps are being taken to bring the app to a more modern design, however it would have made more since to complete the app design before pushing out such miniscule update. A new icon set? SERIOUSLY! Well on the bright side, at least it isn't a broken mess.

The website got a overhaul I think it's reasonable to change the appearance of the app to match, the functionality is poor and new icons... That's not really an update
