Write Now - Notepad

This app is very useful for me. I can take down notes of anything that I have to remember at the end of the day. One thing i dont like is the(button or something) that appears on the left part of your screen whenever you randomly swipe left on your screen. Its a bit annoying because sometimes when i'm typing, it appears and it kinda distract me from typing. Though I haven't discovered yet if I can remove or turn off this feature.. other than that, its a must-have app for someone who's always on the go, and would not want to bring a physical notebook throughout the day (winks..)

This app repeatedly crashes for no reason at the worst possible times. If you need to make a relatively sizable note, you have to save after every word or you WILL lose everything.

Great app. As of late im always getting an error saying that it 'has stopped', but the app continues to work normally. The notification does pop up at least once a minute though ????

Lose messages occasionally; do not use it for important things! Good for shopping lists. Get constant messages saying write now has closed. Annoying. Useful for minor thibgs but far from good.

This app keeps me organized throughout the day. It works great for me, except it still occasionally crashes when I highlight a word to spell it correctly. That's the only problem.

Perfect for making lists especially for grocery shopping or to keep track of chores. I wish it was easier to edit them. Turning on editing is a bit clunky. For other writing besides list I'd use Google Docs.

Like the familiarity. Shame you can't permanently delete items as I wanted one long running list I could keep adding to. Being able to re order items would be good too.

Great app! I do have one complaint. When you set up your profile name, in the beginning, and it shows what it would look like (ie. John Doe's Notes). But my last name ends with an 'S' so it shows Frank Phillips's. Could you make it to where, if the last name ends with an 'S', it will take off the extra 'S'??? If so I'll give it 5.

Its my go to app for writing books! The only thing I would love to see in it is if I could change the text and add pictures. I would love to see possibly an update for the text at least but anyway! It's a great app to use and I recommend it very much.

I like it, it's simple and easy to use, although I have one complain. Sometimes the app crashes and I lose all my progress, since I'm working on a story, I wanted an app so I could write down ideas and thoughts and it doesn't save when you exit the app. Sometimes I forget to press save and apps that have that feature annoy me. I try to remember to save every now and then so I don't lose my progress, but other than that, the app is pretty good.

Have used this app on and off for several years, since it very first came out tbh and it's never disappointed. So easy just to swipe from a point of my choosing and record a note or voicemail there and then without any hassle or screwing up the app i was previously using. Love it

I gave it 4 but it will deserve 5 if enhance it. i.e. it sometimes exits without save, while it doesnt have save without exit. A user dislikes "incidental exit without save" while s/he sometimes want "save without exit". Totally i like it.

It needs an IOS version so I can get it for my new tablet. It's a really great app and I really want to have it on here. However, this is a brilliant app and my overall favourite for notes. Thank you a load for it!

Please change that auto notification of clear the text while any other notification received. It's did very big mistakes. What's not saved or newly wrote it's being deleted.

Very best notes app out of five that I have tried. You may create many different folders to order your notes. Easy to use, and you can access it from any screen. The only thing it needs to improve is to save the note automatically when switching to another application or leaving the application. You need to save your notes manually. Still, it's a great notes app!

I like the app features. However, I was only able to give it 3 stars. When I try to make a note, a box CONSTANTLY pops up asking if I want to delete the note I'm trying to create. So annoying. So I'm looking for an app to replace it.

The only issue I've had with this is that every time I leave the app and come back it asks me if I want to clear the note if left stagnant for more than ten seconds. Other than that it's great.

I'm not sure if it's just my version of this app but I have this annoying pop up that keeps asking me if I want to clear the note. Sometimes I have accedentally clicked yes and lost useful content. If this didn't happen I would rate the app 4*. It's a nice simple layout but could use some extra features.

I use Write Now at least once a day. At first it was great. But then it started freezing. Then turning itself off before I had a chance to save my note. It's so aggravating. I've come to the habit of saving every other minute. Please fix that one little issue and it would be perfect.

PITA bugs me every day to write a review. This ticks me off. Otherwise, I really like it but I will probably uninstall it. Screw this app. There now! You have your review you wanted...Stick it!

I gave it four stars because it suits me... But there are some annoying things about the app. When you open it using the side swipe option, you can't go directly to an old note so to hotel something quickly, you have to start a new note. It isn't super convenient because often I need to hire something down before I forget it but you can't, you have to press buttons to select things first.

Nice app, but I don't like the fact that none of your information is saved once you switch to another device. In order to save all of your notes and etc, you have to screenshot everything first, or email it to yourself, which is aggravating if you have a lot of information. Back up and restore function would be great...then I would give a 5 star rating.

First off, let me say I'm a huge Google fan. But this app puts all other note apps to shame. You can make custom folders to put notes in, pin notes to your notification bar for quick and easy access, and set passwords. Note types include text, checklist, and voice notes. You can share notes via email text, email attachment, text message, add it to your calendar, and other. Don't waste your time with other apps, this one is easily the best.

Great for grocery store lists. Lists of books to read and such. Wish you could change the order of the lists once made. I will create a grocery list as I think of items but it would be nice to be able to group them for more efficient shopping. Also sometimes have problems where I update a list and hit save but it doesn't. Overall I like it and use it.

If I could rate it 10 I would! I've tried evey single free note app for my android devices and this one wins BY FAR!! The shake to erase a note is a great new feature. I love that I can take notes from any place with just a touch of my screen. Trust me you won't find a better note app anywhere I KNOW because I've tried them all. Try it you will love it!

I'm a songwriter and Guitarist and I love using this app to record quick riffs and demos and write down lyrics. However, I don't like the limit to note titles. Also, the recording quality isn't very good and when you export voice notes they're in 3gp format instead of mp3. Other than those small cons, I love it. Like i said I use this app all the time and it hasn't failed me yet so it gets 4 stars.

I use this app a lot, easy to use and never any issues. Looks good, performs really well and it does do a good job. Excellent features, well designed, does exactly what I want it to do... I mainly use it for Jotting down ideas as and when they arise which is a real breeze with this app. Haven't tried many of its other features yet but using it almost everyday for notes.

Still discovering this is not just a notepad, very nice. After more than 2 years of usage Writenow has become my go-to notepad . All I have is 2 year's worth of thanks for this simple and utilitarian app. Do you have it in the Windows store? What else can I say? I use this pad several times per day everyday. My only disappointment came 3 months ago. I my cell died bu I was confident since i had backed everyting to Drive a week before. I dicovered that my contents had not.

(UPDATE - GLITCH FIXED- Excellent app.)Great - yet compatibility issues now with latest Android OS upgrade. Can't use any more... App doesn't open, just gives a fourth option of buttons at bottom of screen (three stacked dots - menu button). Only way to open is through an older not pinned to home screen. Still can't browse other saved notes. Very good app besides that. (This as of June, 2016)

Easy n simple to use. The only problem is the option of instant note making doesn't work often. U ll have to activate is by opening the app each time. Otherwise its quite good✌

When pen and paper is not always available. My phone is. Just recently I remembered something I wrote many years ago. Write now isn't complicated to use. Quick and easy. I went in wrote it down and saved it. This is a awesome App!✌

Very very handy. You don't have to close an existing app to access this. Just swipe from the margin and presto, this pops up! Pleasant color and fonts. No cloud storage for across devices ? Pl do it. Keep up the good work.

It's my daily use app as I consider it quite important for me. On next update if you could add two things, 1) rearranging of notes and 2) to share with others on social app.

I really love how I can access the app no matter what I am doing. It is great for copying and pasting text from websites, and otherwise taking notes as I go along and ideas come to me.

Streamlined, basic, easy-to-use, it accomplishes what it needs to. Probably won't change your life forever. Probably won't mess it up too badly. Great for wrong nonsensical poetry on the subway or drafting an f-it-all to your ex.

The app is great. It is exactly what I need to keep track of things. Easy to use. I'm waiting to see if they can open a note that I password protected and cannot open now. Stay tuned to see if they earn a 5 spot...

Its great but, whenever I'm typing a thing appears and it says "are you sure you'd like to delete note?" And it won't stop. Its like spamming it, please fix it. Anyways, besides that one thing I love the app. It has a beautiful font, and it's so easy to use.

It is difficult for me to get it to appear from the launch site on my screen, but eventually I succeed. It is fantastic because I can pin notes to my notification area. It's a very useful tool.
