Magic Counter

If you are doing some rounds of magic but don't have count down dice this app works for small or big games. It does not do anything fancy nor have poison counters but it gets the job done.

But I cannot figure out how to change anything. Stuck with 1 background and 2 players only. Was able to change the names of the two players but other than that there are no obvious buttons or settings page. Using a galaxy note 4 edge.

Always use this app when I play Magic. Only issue is when using a life gainer deck. Also would like more art for the background or option to add your own. Also the new icon is...weird. I prefer the Swamp icon.

But I wish it had the following; (1) a way to track poisen counters. (2) more background images. (3) a way to tie your DCI number to it. And (4) a system for storing specific players in your opponentslist, so you can see your win to loss ratio. If these are addressed, five stars.

This app is the best that I saw on the market that is free. Does exactly what it should. However, battery drain does seem to be an issue. In addition, there is no easy way to edit the life totals (I have gained upwards of 50 in a turn).

Overall a great life counter, but one thing that it needs is a way to do poison counters! And another major thing, I think the numbers for the life totals are too small. Compared to every other mtg life counter app, this one's numbers are too small. Please have a way to increase the number size so it's easier to read. :)

There are just a few too many little problems. The buttons to raise and lower life are simply too small, although they look nice - The tiny selection of backgrounds have bad contrast, and you can't change the font colour, or they're just plain boring (what's up with the buttplug boulder on the Moon of Innistrad map?). No poison counters or score tracking either. Sorry, but even without ads, which is nice, there are better apps.

Doesn't require special permissions (seemingly obvious but actually very nice). Simple but works great, just wish they'd add a way to track poison counters.

Really wish it had a way to keep track of poison counters, maybe even subtract and add health by 5 or more, but all in all very good app

Simple and multi player support. No annoying ads.

The app is really awesome, very simple and good looking, my suggestion would be that next to the new fame button there was a "commander new game" button, that way if you press it you start with 40 life, and with the regular one with 20, similar to the Multiplayer button of the paid version, i'll pay for a version with those features Thanks!!!

Simple life counter. Could use a bit more customizing options but I only have the free version so I can't complain.

Worked perfectly for a three player game. One of the few apps that actually handles more than two players well. Coin flip and dice roll features are nice additions.

Its a simple fast download easy to use counter with just enough customization to make it really cool and worth downloading. Defiantly would recommend

Great app, works perfectly as a basic life counter. I like that you can change the players names. Beautiful wallpapers. Very fun.

Easy to use and has lots of features, I wish I could buy pro for it, but I cannot find it on the play store.

Just what I was looking for! Nice and clean. Add an android wear companion app for a single player and it'd be perfect :D

Great for casual play, best layout, supports four players. Add more backgrounds, maybe even custom backgrounds. I would say it could use +5 and posion, but that clutters the screen. I think this is what it is! A life counter. Just use normal dice for poison counters. Its much easier to keep track of poison than to watch possible hundreds of life. Just count to ten. I digress. Good layout. Four player support. Ruling links. Good

Works (probably the best one available), but should be made more battery efficient.

Great substitution to the old pencil and paper. Basic and straightforward for simple life counting.

No infect counter though, that would be a nice option

I like the basicness of it. Very clean. Would make it easier if you could add/take life for more complicated games. Like holding the up or down then manually add the amount would be nice.

No Problems here. This is probably the only app on google play that I've seen that does not require agreeing to some bullshit terms and conditions. Not to mention it is simple and practical :-D PS) The internet card identification link isn't working tho...
