Gave it a 4 just to leave room for improvement, otherwise this is class

each time I try to upload an existing photo the app crashes and I have to force3 close apps and clear the cache. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Several times I have completed my availability yet had allocations say it has not gone through then appear whilst I am on the phone to them.
