It has been more than two months that the app produces a white screen right after the press of the submit button. It is really strange how their programmers do not read the reviews here to make something about it. If I was not a Greek, I would have stopped trying to use this application. It is a pitty.

Since a few weeks ago it wont let me download my boarding cards and as from today it wont even log me in to see my bookings. Used to be fine but somebody must have messed smth up.

Ενώ λειτουργούσε σωστά ξαφνικά λόγω κάποιου bug δε με αφηνε να περασω το τλφ μου για να μ ερθει μνμ αλλα επαιρνε default την προηγουμενη εγγραφη. δεν μου εστειλε μνμ στην τελευταια κρατηση, δεν παρουσιαζει το boarding pass μεσα στην εφαρμογη και δεν με ενημερωσε για την καθυστερηση

Ξαφνηκα παρουσιαζει προβληματα με την καρτα επιβιβασης, καθως και με τα booking. Πραγματικα με στεναχωρει γιατι δεν ειναι λειτουργικο πλεον , και δεν μου παει η καρδια να το διαγραψω γιατι θα χαθουν οσα στοιχεια πτησεων εχω κανει.

Είναι 16/4 πετάω για Αθήνα και μου βγάζει συνέχεια υπενθύμιση με το boarding pass της 3/3 για προηγούμενη πτήση μου από Αθήνα. Μάλλον θα πρέπει κάποιος να ασχοληθεί πιο σοβαρά με την εφαρμογή

It will not let me register! When I try to type a password while registering it doesn't type in that boxes

1) Something is wrong during the payment. An error occurs for no reason and I can't book my ticket. 2) Your company is not low cost. Thus, why you keep bothering us through annoying / spam / non-skipping options about cars and hotels?

Παλιότερα είχα βάλει 2 αστέρια επειδή δεν έσωνε κάρτες επιβίβασης. Τώρα βάζω ένα γιατί με τις αναβαθμίσεις δεν μπορείς να αγοράσεις εισητήριο!!! Οι οθόνες καλύπτουν η μία την άλλη και δεν μπορείς να προχωρήσεις...

Πολλα προβλήματα, οι καρτες επιβίβασης παραμένουν μετα την πτηση και σε μπερδεύουν, πρεπει να επιλέξεις να έχεις την καρτα επιβ. στην εφαρμογή. Αν δεν το κανεις έρχεται μονο με mail. Δε θυμάται τις κρατήσεις μου, ζηταει συνέχεια τον αριθμό κρατησης κ.α.

I get a blank screen for every option I select on the menu. Updated to latest version and still the same.

Fix the bugs.its running very slow and stucks sometimes .specs:8cores 3gb ram

Much improved app. Customer service listened and fixed the problems with updating personal information. A much better experience. Bravo.

Απαράδεκτο σύστημα κωδικού πρόσβασης. Πρέπει δηλαδή να θυμάσαι εναν custom κωδικό.... Αν θέλατε ασφάλεια θα μπορούσατε να βάλετε 2 factor authentication

Για μια απλή πτήση εντός Ελλαδας ψάχνει κάνα μισάωρο..5 αεροπλάνα έχετε όλα κ όλα.. Έλεος!Καλο φαλιμεντο στο μαγαζάκι σας

Νοt working. Doesn't update my miles. Takes ages to claim missing miles. Blank screens.

a year or two years ago this app was useless, but they did a great job, and now this is a userfriendly app. nice job for the IT

It doesn't work. Trying to make a reservation . After filling in the destination and dates a blank screen appears..

Can you fix the search time for tickets please. That spinning weel goes on forever. Even all airlines searches such as air tickets do not take as long.

Does the job

Many functions do not work properly, like the low-fare calendar. Also it consumes a lot of data for even simple functions. Do not use it with mobile data on!

1. Cannot register. Password fields are not allowing latin chars. 2. Cannot search flights (booking) as the depart field is not working... useless.

I have only used this app for a few minutes but I'm not satisfied with it. It won't let me retrieve an online check-in that i had done a few minutes ago on my laptop: it gives me a 'system error' message with little information. I rated it 2 stars because that's a big deal for me, as I want to have the ticket available on the app where I don't have an internet connection

Great idea, and very useful. But it won't recognise my Miles+Bonus credentials and when I go back to my profile it crashes. Then I have to log in all over again. This always happens. Please fix. Thanks!

Very good app but inconvenience when it comes to manage and change flight. Please update so that we can manage booking via app and mobile. Cannot do that through the app. Everytime while I travel I need to get access to desktop computer to modify or change my flight. Everything else is good but this thing that does not offer flight modification especially for business and people on the go is a must.

App generates pop up advertisements, spam, and in browser redirects to extremely dodgy websites. Acts as adware / malware and directs you to worse. Will report on playstore when I work out how.

Uninstalling this as soon after my flight as possible

App works flawlessly and has added the features requested in previous reviews. It does take a little time to load the App n it's features. Overall great Airline n great app.
