We are an AEO family!

I really like the app but keep having problems. I sign in and shop but when I come back to the app and go into my shopping bag, nothing is there. I'm also having trouble checking out. I never used to have these problems but in the past couple of weeks it's been very difficult to use this app. I do A LOT of shopping at AE but won't be in the future if the app isn't working right.

This app is great except for the clearance section. You can't simply look at "clearance tops" or "clearance jeans" but instead you have to scroll through all the clearance. And doing so causes the app to crash multiple times. You can filter many things such as size, destruction, and wash but I was there was a category filter. So frustrating

Unable to check out...can't view my shopping bag. Never had this issue before until about 8 days ago...must be some bug on the mobile app. I even tried uninstalling and still same problem

Nice effort but, Need to update a lot, unable to cache the data. I had affected with app crash of nearly 7 times in a span of 30 min continues usage of going through the products.

I love AEO but this app is garbage. Always slow, always shutting down, and sometimes emptying my cart when it does. Ive had this issue on both an iPhone and Android. Over it.

I had no problem ordering, however as a Canadian customer it would be nice if there was a setting to see the prices in CAD. Also, as a general complaint, your return policy doesn't cover whether PayPal payments can be returned in store and I had to call to ask.

I cannot check or connect my rewards to the app. It says it cannot preform that process. Rather tired of having to try to locate my rewards each time on the app.

I like the app but I can't access my shop runner free 2 day shipping on here. I have to be signed in on a computer to be able to get that. Please include that in the app so I don't have to go on my computer to order after finding things on the app.

I love the design of the app and have no complaints there, but every time I try to sign in or view my cart it force closes. :(

Would love to be able to cash in on the "25% off when you use the app" but every time I try to go to my bag, the app crashes.

"Sorry! We could not process your request now. Please try again later",,,,, one year ago,,,,, Today the same error message when I want login reward or buy

Has way too many bugs, stops working, links do not open.

Keeps crashing when I tried to check out. Reinstalled the app and it still crashes.

This app sucks. I can't view my rewards points. I can look it my cart so I can't check out. I can't do anything so what's the point of using it

App lets you put products in your bag and get the way to submit order then tells you it out of stock but not what part of order is out of stock.Not happy with costumer service either

Can't access my aerewards!! Didn't recieve points for adding the app either.

I love American eagle! The clothing seems to wash and wear well..Great quality of clothes!

Well, its really frustrating when you keep going to check out clothes only to tell you its out of stock. Why even list it? How are you even supposed to know? Oh well, plenty of other options.

I've been shopping at American eagle for years. This app used to be the best but recently I've had a lot of issues with it. I'll try to order from the app and it always messes up and does stuff I don't want it to. Like double orders and it just wont load my orders in the first place and it annoys me to death

I truly hope this update SPEEDS up this app! I love AE & Aerie (that app not working last time I tried to use) but the fact it takes so long to load on LTE network with full bars is ridiculous. It's actually faster to use website on phone which is slow as well on wi-fi.

Much much better now since it's been updated! The old app was HORRIBLE! Now my favorite place to shop FINALLY has a app worthy of it's amazing clothing.

I put stuff in my bag but can't see what's in there when I go to check out. What a pain in the butt this app. Has become. Freezes all the time as well.

I absolutely love Aerie's products, and coming across the app was definitely helpful! I live about an hour away from the nearest store, and it's the only place I purchase my bras from, so this has been extremely convenient! Also, they often run deals and sales that are legitimately amazing, and oftentimes making it possible for me to buy 2-3 items, for the cost of one! I haven't had any issues with the app, and would undoubtedly recommend it to any girl that is in search of the perfect bra, awesome service, and great deals!

Takes too long to load, takes a REALLY long time to view my orders.

Can't access my rewards, really slow loading (I know it's not me because nordstrom is fast), sometimes doesn't save my cart, etc.

Would be 5 stars, but it wouldn't let me link my rewards account

Keeps telling me can't ship to out of US...I'm in OREGON!!

Its a good app but beware do not use this off wifi if you have limited data. I used it for 15 minutes this morning during my commute to work and it used .45GB!!! That's insane. I don't even use that much data in a month usually. Why does this basic app use so much data? If I knew I would have just shopped in my mobile browser instead. Please fix.

One of the best shopping app I've used. Everyupdate seems to make it better..!!
