Trajectcontrole

Als u de App Trajectcontrole © inschakelt, komt u op het startscherm terecht met wijzerplaat van de gemiddelde snelheid. De App zoekt naar ingevoerde traject controle routes. U kan een traject controle route ingeven door op de “opnemen” button te drukken als u een camera voor traject controle passeert. De App zal dan het volledige tracé opnemen. Om de route te beëindigen drukt u op “stop”.

Onderaan het scherm heeft u twee keuzes; De wijzerplaat weergave, of de route weergave. In de route weergave heeft u de mogelijkheid om de opgenomen routes, als eerste maal opgeslagen op datum en tijd, van naam te wijzigen. Als u een route aanraakt, verschijnt het klavier automatisch om de naam te wijzigen. U kan eveneens de maximum toegelaten snelheid invoeren, alsook of het traject in één of beide richtingen gecontroleerd wordt. Een traject wissen kan met het afvalmandje.

In de wijzerplaat weergave, zullen de opgenomen routes automatisch starten als u een traject controle route inrijdt en wordt uw actuele (groene aanduiding onder de wijzer) en gemiddelde snelheid (wijzer) weergeven. Eveneens kan u in de horizontale balk onder de wijzerplaat uw afgelegde weg in het traject volgen. In de groene zone van de wijzerplaat overschrijd u de maximum gemiddelde snelheid niet, in de rode zone wel, ongeacht uw actuele snelheid.

Indien de actuele snelheid, de maximum toegelaten snelheid overschrijdt, veranderd de indicatie van kleur en wordt een akoestisch signaal gegeven, ongeacht of uw gemiddelde snelheid zich nog in de groene zone bevindt. Een akoestisch signaal wordt eveneens gegeven in dien de gemiddelde snelheid in de rode zone komt.

GPS ontvangst
De App Trajectcontrole maakt gebruik van GPS signalen voor haar positiebepaling en snelheidsberekeningen. Afhankelijk van het ontvangst van de GPS signalen kan de werking van de App Trajectcontrole beïnvloed worden en zal de precisie van de weergegeven indicaties mede hiervan afhangen. De App trajectcontrole vervangt geenszins de instrumenten van uw wagen, en de ontwikkelaar van de App Trajectcontrole kan niet verantwoordelijk worden gesteld in geval van onjuistheid van de weergegeven informatie.
Verantwoordelijkheid
Het gebruik van de App Trajectcontrole dient plaats te vinden onder optimale veiligheidsvoorwaarden en de App Trajectcontrole mag nooit worden gemanipuleerd door de bestuurder tijdens het rijden. De App Trajectcontrole detecteerd automatisch het begin en het einde van een trajectcontrole tracé. De gebruiker erkent en begrijpt deze beperking tijdens het gebruik van de App Trajectcontrole en aanvaardt tevens zich uitdrukkelijk te houden aan de verkeersregels. De ontwikkelaar van de App Trajectcontrole kan in geen geval verantwoordelijk gesteld worden voor eventuele verkeersovertredingen, schade, gevolgschade, in welke vorm dan ook, bij het gebruik van de App Trajectcontrole.

Eigendomsrrecht
De App Trajectcontrole is eigendom van Advisair BVBA die de intellectuele eigendom bezit. Niets van deze App Trajectcontrole, zoals ontwerp, intellectuele eigendom, afbeeldingen, logo’s, het ontwerp van de App Trajectcontrole en alle elementen aanwezig in de App Trajectcontrole, mogen voor andere doeleinden, dan het gebruik van de App Trajectcontrole zelf, gebruikt of gedupliceerd worden en het gebruik van de App Trajectcontrole is enkel toegelaten voor persoonlijk en privégebruik. Alle andere gebruiksvormen zijn uitdrukkelijk onderworpen aan schriftelijke voorafgaande toestemming van Advisair BVBA. De App Trajectcontrole valt onder de bescherming van het auteursrecht en de wetgeving op de intellectuele eigendom. Inbreuken hierop zullen gesanctioneerd worden. Het downloaden van de App Trajectcontrole geeft aan de gebruiker geen recht van intellectuele eigendom hierop.

Below the screen you have two choices; The dial display, or the route guidance. In the route guidance, you have the ability to change the recorded routes, as recorded first by date and time, name. Clear a path to the waste basket.

The dial display, the recorded routes will start automatically when you enter a process control route and display your current (green indicator below the pointer) and average speed (pointer). Also you can in the horizontal bar below the dial follow your path in the process. In the green zone on the dial exceeds the maximum average speed is not in the red zone or whatever your current speed.

If the actual speed exceeds the speed limit, the indicator changed color and an audible signal whether or not your average rate is still in the green zone. An acoustic signal is also given in that the average speed is in the red zone.

GPS reception
The App section control uses GPS signals to its position and speed calculations. Depending on the receipt of the GPS signals, the operation of the App Section control may be affected and will depend in part of this, the precision of the displayed indications. The App section control does not replace the tools of your car, and the developer of the App section control can not be held responsible in case of inaccuracy of the information displayed.
Responsibility
Using the App section control is to take place under maximum security conditions and the App section control should never be manipulated by the driver while driving. The App section control automatically detects the beginning and the end of an average speed route. The user acknowledges and understands this limitation when using the App section control and also agree to adhere explicitly to the traffic rules. The developer of the App section control can under no circumstances be held liable for any traffic violations, damages, consequential damages, in whatever form, when using the App section control.

Eigendomsrrecht
The App Section control is owned by Advisair BVBA against intellectual property ownership. None of this app Section control, such as design, intellectual property, graphics, logos, design of the App section control and all the elements present in the App section control may for purposes other than the use of the App section control itself, used or duplicated and the use of the App Section control is only permitted for personal and private use. All other uses are expressly subject to the prior written consent of Advisair BVBA. The App section control is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Violations will be sanctioned. Downloading the app Section control gives the user any intellectual property accordingly.
