The app is great. Works perfectly! Never a problem with check depositing!

I think I like the app so far but I HATE that you can't see pending transactions. That was my favorite feature with the old app. Used old app this morning and saw my pending transactions. I went deposit $ and my account is fine. If I would have looked with the new app my account would have over drawn. I don't keep a written check book because I'm not 100 y/o and I depended on the old app to help keep track.

Please bring back the old version. I don't like this one at all. My biggest concern is that quickview only displays the balance without pending transactions rather than the balance available - like the old one. This has led to problems at the cash register since the account we use for direct deposit is different than the one I use my card for. Now I don't depend on quick view at all. Even when I log in, it doesn't show me the amount available until I click that particular account from the menu. It really should be on the main summary page. Again, please bring back the old version. I liked it & I'm pretty sure I even wrote a good review on that one.

Updated, now can't login (Error 500 each time). Tried uninstal and reinstall, reboot phone. Same result, Error 500. Usless.

Won't let me past the security questions. Keeps saying answers cannot be blank. Even after I fill in the amswers.

It doesn't work! I am not able to get to my account balances or view transactions. This is absolutely worthless. Making me think about finding a new credit union.

Unable to pay my credit card statement. I managed to do it once only before, last week and then it stopped working.

UI is terrible, fonts are not sized, boarders non-existent. The original app is by far leaps and bounds better.

WARNING: DO NOT INSTALL! EVEN THOUGH I ONLY UPDATED ONE DEVICE, ALL OTHER DEVICES WILL NOT DISPLAY PAGES USING THE OLD APPLICATION ON ALL OTHER DEVICES. I was directed by Advancial in setting the app for Landscape mode. However, this is such a poor replacement for the old app. You can't see what you owe on your credit card for the payment date that month. Screen presentation is as I am looking at an application from the 1980s. No color, overbearing text, and lousy navigation. I just tried to use the old app on my device and now pages will not display. Why is that? Could you please go back to the the old app and trash this one, Please? To anyone that has not installed this app but are thinking of trying it, DON'T BOTHER! You will not be able to go back to the old app.

Sticks on loading screen..reinstalled and same thing..even tried to clear the data and cache.. still won't load..now I can't even access my accout.. keep your old version "do not download this version"

Can't make payments this app sucks. "We've rebuilt it from the ground up" rebuilt it my butt!! Y'all suck

Great app, BUT, since the recent update you cannot see due dates! Very important feature! Please fix this problem!!!

The updated version of the app appears cheap and poorly designed. DO NOT UPDATE.

This new app SUCKS... no total on multiple accounts, bust out a calculator... can't see full history and text is so big the blind can read it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the new Advancial app. I mainly use it to remote deposit checks. The interface is much simpler, better and faster. Thank you and Kudos!

Awesome app. Easy to use. Quick View feature lets you see account balances without logging in, super useful.

Have to submit remote deposit 10 times before 1 gets excepted. Pictures are taken with a 4k camera. Been told the issue has been fixed but every time I have the same problem. IOS and Android both!
