Deep Relax: Yogic De-Stress & Relaxing Meditation for Android
Wow! I suffer from severe panic attacks and by the end of the day I am so tense and stuff I can't sleep at at night. This was so calming and magical for me to experience after suffering all day long with stress and anxiety. I recommend using this app if you suffer from anxiety and stress. Thank you for this!
Great app, very useful in assisting me to relax using similar techniques as practiced in yoga. It's simple and to the point, no mucking around with unnecessary features. I only wish there were multiple tracks to listen to, which offer different durations and different guided meditations, but of the same nature. I continue to use it tp help unwind so ultimately the app does it's job!
Words can not explain how i feel about this i am extremely satisfied. I suffer anxiety and sometimes it makes me go into full anxiety attack this made me completely calm made also made me forget if it had more stars i would give as many as i could. Thank you so much

Unquote.advait In today's fast paced and complicated world Stress is a job everyone has taken. Consequently, it leads to Substance abuse, Fidgety mind and bad health. This yoga app here is easy to use, on the go. I believe it can bring anyone closer to 'me' and help sort out mind. It has the potential to do wonders. Personally, I feel so much better, relaxed and free, that too in just one session. Advait I have but appreciation for you. You have developed a marvellous app. It has been beautifully crafted. As a developer at this age, you must be brilliant.(Except, obviously advertisements. They suck. But I guess you must need money to keep this up) Idk what inspired you but your thought process is really remarkable and Noble in a way.(You do it for free. *Salute) I am totally with you on this. Cant really do much but I felt writing this review was the least I could do.Btw I don't generally do reviews. I personally felt I should give u pat. That being said. Great job. Keep aspiring higher. The developer contacted me personally by email and was very concerned that I was unsatisfied with this app. He let me know that a new version was available and encouraged me to upload it. I'm very happy now. This app is really wonderful and does what it says that it does.
It was actually an app that worked whenever i was stressed i used it and turns out its a stress reliver and anger management control. It also helps you to build up your confidence and be proud of yourself. Im proud of this developer thank
This app has been great. BUT! It now crashes after 2 minutes in, not so relaxing. My last update was 16/1/17. Will this be fixed?
This is a nice, short yoga nidra body, mind and muscle relaxation meditation. I have experienced longer yoga nidra meditations in my yoga classes, and this one is similar but it adds meditative music. The music is pleasant. The male voice guiding the relaxation is calm and soothing but it sounds too echoey, as if he is far away. A different mic might help reduce that echoey sound. The meditation itself is simple. A good meditation to do in the evening before sleep or whenever you need to unwind.
Advait has a voice which is conducive to relaxation. I found it difficult to relax my tongue from the roof of my mouth. Overall a very good first 15 minute session.
I don't sleep well at night. Deep relax helps me calm the mind and reconnect with myself. It helps me relieve the stress of the day and the stress of the wakefulness at night.
This app is amazing. I've never felt so relaxed! I don't care what my family says, meditation is good for you and this app is my way to go!

With the guided visualization meditation for 15 minutes I would like to see adjustment options for the user, such as slowing the speech down, and also opting out of having background music. With a variety of people out there who would benefit from this wonderful app that has been developed, many would need the speech slowed down and would also find having the background noise too much for different reasons , such as having Alzheimers disease, any kind of traumatic brain injury, or just generally slower brain processing . I find that when being guided through the visualizations the speaker goes too fast for me, especially right at the beginning when you are visualizing the relaxation of each finger on your right hand, it's just way too fast for me. I would also like to see a progress bar where you could back up a little bit in the meditation perhaps that defeats the whole purpose of mindfulness but as a beginner, I just found it would be nice to have. When I download electronic audio books from my library, I can slow the narration speed to .8 or .6 of the speed at which the narrator is speaking. I find that very helpful, I usually have to slow it down to .6.
Love the way it guides thru the meditation. This takes the guess work out of the process and gets to the point.
It was extremely relaxing.. I hold a lot of stress on my back and hips, this helped me relax my body and my mind.. I love it!

It works great! I only wish the relaxation part was longer. I have bad anxiety and find I need more of that part and less of the preparation time.
Actually made me very relaxed. So comfortable and relaxed that I didn't want to move from the relaxed state I was in when I was prompted to. Will use again.

Very easy to follow the instructions and fall into a very relaxed place without falling asleep. Great for a quick break on a hectic day.

Very relaxing nidra. Very enjoyable guided meditation. Calms and completely relaxes both mind and body. Anyone can use this, great for beginners. You just lie down and listen. Well done, great app!

Pretty effective first session, it really helped push my full body awareness. Also helped place the breadth in tight areas to listen them. Soundtrack really aided the guidance.

This is great to help with anxiety and is really calming. It has amazing development and is the most effective method I've had for dealing with day to day anxiety. Really helpful suggestions and methods are provided. Just a really awesome and helpful app overall and I could recommend this to anyone who needs help with anxiety issues.
