Aura Pay Merchant

Aura Pay is a mPOS (mobile Point Of Sales) app used for contactless (NFC) payments for Merchants and can be used where
• Payment is solely for physical products
• Payment is for digital content that may be consumed outside of the app itself (e.g. songs that can be played on other music players).
in order to not violate Google Play policy’s.
It can be used for everyday purchases from consumers using Aura Jewelry's Pay-As-You-Go Wearables. Maximum amount allowed to be charged per transaction is 30 Euro ( ~40 USD). NOTE: Merchant needs to send an additional request to Aura Pay in order to set up this higher level of transaction. Email: contact@advaah.com. After purchase the consumer receives automatically an email verifying the transaction with your Merchant account.

License Terms & Conditions:
During the payment transaction process it is safely processed by a third party payment processor provider, Stripe Inc. They are solely and fully responsible according to PCI DSS regulatory standards using their infrastructure platform during transmit, process and storage of payment card data. Applicable taxes may be charged by the payment process provider which are displayed on their website, www.stripe.com. When rendering our services, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by the payment processor provider. As such, the services the provider gives access to they are fully responsible for updating all rates, availability and other information which is displayed on their website, www.stripe.com. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our app or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. The payment processor provider remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the transactions and (descriptive) information (including the rates and availability) displayed on their website (www.stripe.com). Our website or app does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, qualification or rating of the payment processor made available.
Advaah Limited disclaims any liability or responsibility for any transactions on or through this platform. Advaah Limited cannot guarantee that any request or communication will be (duly and timely) received/read by, complied with, executed or accepted by the payment processor provider and we are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to verify) any wrong, misspelled or inaccurate credit card number. Whether the transaction charges you (or has charged you) for the payment transaction, you agree and acknowledge that you at all times are responsible for the collection, withholding, remittance and payment of the applicable taxes to the relevant tax authorities.
Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by the Merchant user due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect to our services. To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Hong Kong law and any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in Hong Kong. Aura Pay Setup service is rendered by Advaah Limited, which is a private limited liability company, incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong and having its office at 9th floor, Amtel Building 148 Des Voeux Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.
