The app, ordering and selection are very nice. I have no problems at all with the app itself. I have a big issue with AdoreMe as a service though. I have placed 3 orders for my wife and all three have been delayed/cancelled in some way. Wife loves the product, but placing an order then waiting 3 weeks for delivery when it's promised withing 5-7 days is a bit excessive.

They take a week to process all orders, no shorter than 5 day to process is ridiculous. I might as well go to the store and shop instead of waiting 2 weeks for some damn panties to be delivered! Victoria Secret and Arie are so much better and made the same! It's like they shipping it from China! They need to get it together! Dont pay for expedited shipping it is the same process 2 weeks before delivery.

Adore me seems like a scam. I was given gift cards by someone who signed up for the VIP account. I was charged the full "non VIP" price when checking out. My order is also still "processing" beyond the expected delivery date. I'm going to leave my balance untouched, and make sure that the membership is cancelled, as I'm unlikely to order through Adore me again. Stick with Fredricks.

Pretty cute stuff. BUT App has some minor bugs.. go figure! Empties out your shopping cart every so often. No huge deal. You have to go back and replace stuff. With 1 item, it was no longer available when I tried to replace it! Annoying, but I'll live. READ THE SMALL PRINT for the VIP program though! To get special price, you MUST JOIN VIP program. If you aren't on the ball, it will cost you monthly!
