I prefer ScanWritr because it offers more functionality in a single app. Adobe Scan is quite okay for just scanning too, so I am giving it 4 stars and will keep it on my device for now. Login is quite annoying though...please remove it and add support for other clouds, not just Adobe Cloud instead.

Auto capture document is not good, most of the time it's capturing documents with horrible focus. I disabled auto capture but that turns off document detection as well, give option to captua photo and let the App detect document in the photo.

It does not allow many pictures to be Imported in one go to save hassle but o e by one which is frustrating. Does not compare well with CS scan which is more refined. I would expect a fantastic product from adobe not a mediocre one

When you preview documents they don't auto rotate into landscape view when you turn your device. They do if you open the file in Acrobat but not in Scan. That's a pretty major mis - fire in functionality. Auto scan feature works well, though.
