PAYBACK - Online Shopping & Earn Rewards

All this while I just wondered how I have been just earning Payback points but didn't quiet know how to redeem it. This app helps me to browse across so many options. Excited on redeeming my points.. :)

I was trying to add my card number to mobile app but I was unable to do it. Tried reset password which doesn't work. I called support team too they are not bothered about the issue. WORST SUPPORT

Worst of the worst! The customer care don't even bother to respond to the issues with customer. The app is also of no use at all. Also i can't even change my card number that i entered by mistake. Please fix it

Useless app for the worst possible reward points system out there. App never works. I just wanted to update my phone number. But app never triggers the OTP. Even the website is equally useless. They never want you to redeem your reward points.

Where is the 200 bonus points after downloading this app??. The navigation is so poor and slow. Even sort by high/low doesn't work. Very poor app.

I am not able to view "My account" page even after reinstalling the app 3 times. It shows an error message that it is unable to connect with the server, everytime I click on "my account" page. Even when I called their customer care, they were not able to support me on this issue. There is no use of using this app at all unless we get to access our profile and transaction details.

This app never works even on 16 Mbps broadband speed. Not even able to update my profile. How can I discover features if it never works.

The app is very slow and not immersive. It takes ages to access any menu even on a 4G connection. Need to make it more immersive and responsive.

Cheating offer.i had activated offer of existing customer at central and shopping amount Rs 9750.and am not received 1000 offer points. I received normal points. Now they removed the same offer on this app so no proof to claim.

Always error in the server.. Been trying to login from this app, no luck. I'm able to login only though Chrome. :(

Worst app. Unable to login. Going to lodge a complaint against ICICI Bank for converting my reward points to payback points which I cant even login. Sick of you.

Completely worst using the app. Company's customer support is very poor. I emailed them 10 days ago but yet not heard anything back. In my ICICI Bank account it's showing 1125 rewards point but while login to the site with same details, it showing 0 points. Really too frustrated. I will never use their services again.

Worst app and customer care. The app hangs on forgot password. Customer care resets the password which result in authentication failure.

Nothing works???? Please respond to the mail which I have sent. Now the app isn't connecting to the server and the app stucks with the error message

Fraud offers , I had activated offer for existing customer at central and shopped for 4400 rs. but I have not received 1000 payback points. Instead I received normal 68 points.

Dont know why it says server error everytime i tried login. Sent mail also with screenshot. I reinstalled it but same issue.

For last 7 days, app says "we cannot connect to server". Uninstalled, installed it twice. Same issue . Pathetic.

This is worst app i have seen , i had 980 icici reward points and i couldn't use it coz there is no offer in that range , you can't even recharge ur phone through the reward points , app is too damn slow , its very dissappointing

Slow app ..Need to improve Suggestions when we are tap on any company logo it will open in web browser insted of same company app ie if i will tap on Amazon it will redirect amazon web site by default mobile browser insted of Amazon app or same pay back app

Attach a email ID/mobile number to your patenter ,so that whenever we shop at partner online shopping points can be added,now producer is too long,not able to gain payback points after using payback app,its confusing.

Very poorly done. Every time I tap on the accounts option it says cannot connect to our server please try again later. Also the interface is slow and laggy. Lots of improvements needed.

This is the worst app. It was linked with my mobikwik account with some body else mobile number.When i enter forget password it sends to unknown no the pin and to unknown email address

App is not showing point balance all of a sudden. No idea what went wrong.

This is one of the worst apps that I might ever come across. 1. The location services don't work at all. 2. Almost all interactions are badly designed. 3. No sense of what is happening across the app. 4. Customer service is equally bad. They have no clue about the app and other things Stay away from Payback!

Tried logging in a lot of times, such an unfriendly app which does not allow you to reset but shows contact customer care!! Please do something about this

Same issue started again..if want to login error shows "unable to login,contact customer service".i complain about this few months before also..but still same issue..Worst service & worst application till..

My order information just vanished from the site and BlueDart doesn't have the reference provided by payback. No response from the customer care email

Bad app many times I have forgot password and send pin on my phone number but I am entering this pin into pin box and said invalid pin

Not able to sign in... Just asks for details for a new memeber. Very poor UI. It is probably the most useless app in my phone!

The app is OK. You must make it adds free. There are also some bugs: it isn't locating stores, updating my info etc. Thank you.

I think this app is ruining the customers of icici i have more than 10000 points in payback but while reediming it shows insufficient points #worstapp #payback

I installd dis app bt wen evr i put in pin which payback sent on my mob it shows invalid authentication .. Poor app

Worst app. I kept on trying to login with the new pin generated everytime but in vain! finally my a/c is blocked. Thankyou.

As payback offer I should have received 200p after downloading an app but I guess I didn't . Seriously hated this app. Hope packback does take a the note
