Loved this app before they changed it.. now it's all changed and I can't book tickets anymore because you've made the page too long for my phone and I cannot see where to book tickets.. also the option to pick seats is not working properly as they are all showing as blank.. please rectify

There is no option to add childrens tickets to the booking therefore its more expensive to book via the app rather than at the cinema. Also on arrival you still have to queue up rather than fast track though.

Nice quick app to use, can see cinema times, buy ticket s and will even add your booked time to Google calendar. Much better than the Vue app.

Great app and use regularly when booking cinema tickets. But would also benefit from having the option to register a gift card.

Booked my tickets with this app and now I'm off tomorrow to watch a movie the app can't connect to the Internet though my wifi is working fine and I cannot get my booking up

The app is great for looking up film info and times but everytime I try to book it doesn't like my 3 digit cvv number from the back of my card. I always end up having to phone up instead. It's really frustrating.

I really like this app - for seeing what's on locally and tracking points, it's really good. Unfortunately, when it comes to booking/paying for tickets through the app it won't let me continue after putting in my card details. If that could be fixed, it would be 5 star.

Good information, but when I tried to book a tickets, I kept getting a message saying that my email address was either missing or incorrect. My email address was entered and it was correct. As my teachers used to tell me, C- must try harder!

Good app with straight forward navigation. Then it all goes wrong when you try and book tickets with correct information not being accepted by the app. Much the same as the user who couldn't enter their email address. This won't help the revenue stream.

Won't work on Samsung s5 duos tried re installing with no success. Can browse but not book anything.

Had no complaints yet with this app and have booked films been able track my cinema points card. Good updates and up to date timings.

Old meets new with the plaza Dorchester, all cinema's should be like the plaza, and now it has an app too, I'm over the moon, they just need to revamp the cinema, oh wait, they did that too!
