Shake

Been playing with this for quite sometime now and surprisingly it delivers what it promises which I didn't see in other Shake apps. The music players in my device didn't respond to the headphones buttons and I badly needed some way to switch to the next and previous tracks. This fits my bill perfectly. Only downside is it seems to work only with the stock media player and not Google player that I generally use. But still is switch to the stick mp for this reason. Pl make it work for other players as well.

Hi, i love your app. Please add this feature : When "shake while screen off" is active...  Let it use the phones proximity sensor or ambient light sensor to check if phone is in the pocket   This way the shake wont open any apps while inside pocket or bag. =) 

Sensitivity isn't always the same with LG V20. Sometimes turns on by accident (too light shake) and sometimes I shake hard but it doesn't turn on. I adjusted the sensitivity in the app but it isn't consistent. Sometimes there is a delay in the shake activating and I shake it again only to have the app turn on and off my flashlight. Would be good to have a schedule so Active When Screen Is Off can run at night time. I love Motorola's built in shake but I switched to a new phone that doesn't have shake gestures.

My power button does not work tried to install this app and hell! It works awesome now i can light up my screen. Here's my another Q. How to do a shake to screen shot effect

Does not work on note 4 ! It would've been a great deal to me for the led flash to turn it on /off with a simple shake when the screen is off. But unfortunately it doesn't work ! I would pay for it no matter what if you can fix it ! Hope you do !

After you shake to unlock found that you can see the app before the lock screen appears. Also cannot answer calls for like 3-5 sec's after installing the app

I have a samsung galaxy tab. My power button stopped working and i have downloaded many apps, none of which worked for me. SHAKE was the only app that has enabled me to be able to use my tab again! I have been using it for a couple of days now with no problems at all. Thanx so much for this app without it my tab would still be lying in the draw!

I like the fact that I am able to shake the phone to activate the camera or Google now. Works great. Took a while to get the sensitivity just right though. Sometimes it does go off when I don't want it to though. That is the only issue that I don't like however. The only reason I didn't give it a five.

I absolutely love using this app for on-the-run access to my camera & Google voice search and it had been highly effective. The shake sensitivity level function has helped me use this well at work where my phone gets a lot of different types of shaking.

I don't ever do these so that is saying a lot in of itself. I want to give a 5, but I would really like the capability to close each app by repeating the same motion when it's open. Would gladly pay a dollar for this feature. Good job Flow team!

Exactly what I was looking for. 3 directions of shaking and 3 actions. The front back shake seems more sensitive than the up down our side top side. Still, I would pay for this if it wasn't free.

This app save the life of your button if you're one of those who used to on - off - on your phone rapidly. Now you can set to on the screen by shaking it. 2 Thumbs up!

It does appear to work sometimes, but like all other shake unlock apps, sometimes not. After trying a dozen of these, I've come to the conclusion none are 100% effective. This particular one is the least mediocre of them all, hence the 3-stars.

Things are starting to get weird. First off, the notification icon disappeared. I couldn't figure out how to get it to come back, so I uninstalled and reinstalled. It came back but only for a very short time. When I went to set up what I want shake to control, the control actions were all mixed up. One action was doing what another action was set to do. This app is still functional if you work around these newly hatched bugs, but it wasn't like this a few days ago.

This app lacks the permissions to wake the phone up from a locked state. Therefore, this app is nearly useless.

Using on ZTE Zmax Pro. Power button stopped working and issues with frozen screen. I'll never be able to shut my phone off again, but this app wakes the phone up. Also super cool that I can have it take me right to my calendar or camera ....Or any other app that I choose!

Good response at shake. All is well... But it wake up screen and play music at a little shake while walking or by accidentally. Should be a option to skip to next track only when music is playing.

Poor execution when the wakelock process for Shake is using *20%* of device battery on any given day. Thought I needed to buy a new battery!

Works perfectly! The only drawbacks are battery consumption and the range of available actions, but they're not that big an issue.

Great app. I tried several shake apps. No big difference. They work pretty much the same way. But this is stable and I really like the original icons displayed in the settings page.

The service stops after a while when the screen is off my handset is gt-s5830i,galaxy ace Android 2.3.6

Great app really helpful but it stops working sometimes.... Maybe it's my sensors or whatever ,please fix this in the next update ASAP.

Its nice that I no longer have to pull my battery but you should include a screenshot option.

1 little problem, some time it kill by the system, if you can fix this problem would be great

It sucks bc I like this app but it drains a lot of battery on my gs3. And this is with the battery saving mode on. The process shouldn't be running while my screen off, right?

I tried the app today, set the sensitivity all the way up and down, never worked tried different apps. bummer!

I will rate 5 star if you can fix the service better.it can only happen to me once,i can shake once after i exit the app.it'll make more work to do....thank for the app.please fix it.

I read in the FAQ that icons for foreground services may not be hidden. Can you at least remove the entry from the notification area?

Good app. Does what it says. But is there anyway to keep the app working even after closing running apps and clearing ram without reopening the app and rechecking *service state* again?

I turned service status to on but still not working. Please help. Will give good rating if it works

Good, worked. But app continue to regenerate & run even I stopped it. Always occupy 3Mb in background. Now no use, uninstall, may install again in future.

Is there a way for their to be screenshots also, its a great app but the only reason I really got it was for sceenshot because my home

I have the option enabled where the app is supposed to be on after start up. But it is automatically turning off even when I didn't switch off or reboot the phone! Plz fix.

This will hopefully save my power button from getting used again and again

Using this on my nexus 6. It runs like a charm. One star less coz we get only 3 gestures to play with i.e. hori shake, vertical and forward. Cant u guys make it like horizontal left and right vertical down and up and forward and back separate, it will really give 3 extra gestures to play around.

is perfect the only problem with this app is if you set the app to turn on your screen when you shake it. I wish it went back to home your screen when you shake it and turn it on

Works great; but the device failes to start and initialize the camera. Unlocking the screen brings phone to app control center. Won't use it any more!

Consumes 50-60mb of ram i hope you improve ram usage of this app but this is what i am looking for so thank you, and add speaker mode when playing music too, cause it only has that option for calls.
