Focus ADHD

The project originated from the NHS ADHD clinical team and their patients requiring a tool to support them in putting together an overview of how the patient had been feeling over the periods in between appointments. In particular, the ADHD team were keen to explore ways in which they could support patients to gather information and reflect on their wellbeing over time.

Patients weren't able to reflect on things such as their mood, diet, sleep and whether they'd taken their medication on time but this was vital in assessing the patients' wellbeing and progress.

Through enabling patients to keep their own regular records of their well being and take responsibility for this information the team will be able to more effectively support the young people on their caseload.

This app is designed for the benefit of the Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust's ADHD team patients.
