Adeus Obesidade da Tamy

Um dia acordei e vi que estava destruindo minha saúde e minha beleza com as minhas próprias mãos. Com quase 90kgs e uma saúde totalmente prejudicada, indo ao médico por alguma doença viral quase toda semana, resolvi deixar o medo de lado e fui atrás de uma vida mais saudável. Iniciei a academia, mudei meus hábitos alimentares (sem dietas malucas ou restritivas demais) e aos poucos acompanhei a maior e melhor transformação da minha vida.

Hoje com -24kgs e saúde pra dar e vender, sou outra Tamy. Me apaixonei por mim mesma, encarei a vida com o pensamento de que nada é impossível, consegui resultados físicos e psicológicos impagáveis depois dessa decisão bem tomada. Hoje inspiro familiares, amigos e pessoas que, se não fosse a internet, talvez nunca teria conhecido.

Decida hoje mudar e ter uma história que inspirará muitas outras pessoas também. Acredite em si mesmo, pois eu já acredito em você!
