It doesn't work. I log in I receive the pin code after half an hour I submit the pin it says the old is old you should ask for a new one

Difficult to register i tried many times user name problem

Works perfectly for me. Used it to end my old contract and start a new contract with ease.

Dosent work always showing user name exists.

الدخول الى الحساب لا يعمل .. شيء ممل .. ترسل لك الشركة اخطار تاخير .. وانت تريد ان تدفع .. لكن التطبيق لا يعمل. لو كان تابع لمبرمج هاو او طالب مدرسة لوجدنا لكم العذر .. لكن شركة كبيرة مثلكم .. عيب.

Please allow to download bill in pdf.

I used to make payments review my bills easily.. it was a very good app.. but now neither your website nor the app work.. fix the bug guys..

Just installed the app and made payment. There was an error in the payment page and got an sms that credit card used for addc bill. That was alarming for me. Went online via P.C and chrcked the web site. No payment receipt there but outstanding bill balance was zero. This was a relief. Customer service says some glitch in the system and sent me a copy of outstanding balance as zero. Thnx to them. However, i uninstalled the app and might never use it again. Frightening experience.

I pay my last two month bill 600 dhrms thru ADDC mobile app .and i got acknowledgement receipt in my email ...its more than 2 weeks ..untill now its not credited in my addc account and already that amount deducted from my bank account...no idea wer that money gone..now wen i call addc customer care they told to avoid discconection pay again that amount..i dnt kno why they dnt care about the others difficulties...so please take care wen u guys paid thru mobile app

Always ADDC having great services... but needs more improvements in comparing the consumption between the months

Does not accept password while registration even follow password policy.

Charged my credit card and I received confirmation emai with reference number but did not reduce the outstanding amount. I've been chasing ADDC now for 4 weeks to do something.

Though paid the bill through this app, amount due is not reduced. And payment history does not show the details.

Saving credit card feature is great!!! bill information available easily.
