Constant error messages and inaccurate results. Support always tells you that you typed the information incorrectly when the real issue is glitches they can't figure out with certain devices. Sorry guys the tool is a great idea but it only adds frustration until things are smoothed out.

big issue is that it locks to one device. create a log in button to bypass registration if you are already registered.

Crashes alot, and have to log back in frequently. Also does not search store numbers correctly, you have to scroll through hundreds if not thoudands of store numbers

Used it for the first couple days but now I get error messages continuously upon login. Much more convenient than a call center!

The user interface need some improvement. For instance I can use the app on my phone where I created my account on. I would like to use the app on my tablet as well but I can't because I can't log in. The app at default loads with the registration screen and won't allow me to log in, I already have a log in. Fix this and I will give 5 STAR'S

It's ok when it works which is sometimes. It only allows you to use the app on one device. If they had a regular login and not just a registration page when you open the app for the first time then it would be more useful
