About SwipeStation
SwipeStation App (formally PUSH) is a “Click & Collect” service that is proven to speed up the queues in large venues by enabling fans to order drinks and food on their phones - which they collect from a Fast Lane at the bar.
Once you have downloaded the app it will work WITHOUT an internet connection, so it can be used anywhere in the world - even a busy stadium!
How is SwipeStation going to speed up the queues?
By the time you’ve got to the bar you have already chosen, ordered and paid for your drinks. This has been proven to reduce the service time to under 15 seconds.
How does it work?
- You enter your order on the SwipeStation app, which will create a unique QR code that contains your ID (encrypted) and the contents of your order.
- You then scan this QR code at a SwipeStation, situated near the bar. The SwipeStation is hardwired to the internet, so is able to process your transaction swiftly and securely.
- The SwipeStation will print off a piece of paper showing your order - which you take to a dedicated Fast Lane and exchange for your drinks and food.
The SwipeStation App enables you to:
- Choose Venues (or the app will detect your location)
- View and choose from each venue’s menu
- Create orders
- Fast Lane ordering in Stadiums with SwipeStation
Currently supported at:
- Sunderland AFC, Stadium of Light
- Leicester Tigers, Welford Road

UPDATE: App now working and easy enough to use. I too cannot use the app due to the same login issues. I haven't forgotten the password but I've tried to reset it but the email link doesn't do anything. Disappointing when I'm standing in the ground trying to get a pint!! Tried to send an email too and that bounced back too. Poor customer service that my club is paying for. Will be making a complaint.

When I try to log in, it says password is incorrect did you forgot it. Not very good English. I know password is correct. I tried reset password link, but it doesn't work.

I installed this app two weeks ago. It failed miserably, when I tried to use it yesterday at Leicester Tigers Rugby. The app is not user friendly, because it doesn't remember a subscriber's user name (an email address). Consequently, I had to re-enter my email address repeatedly. Surely, this app should include an option to remember sign in details, to enable a subscriber to merely enter a password on subsequent visits. When I tried to order a round of drinks, I discovered that the options did not include the complete range of drinks - and would not even allow me to order a half pint of beer. The app did generate a bar code, but when I took my phone to the scanner, the scanner refused to read the code or print a ticket. By the time I had found a member of staff, the bar code disappeared from my phone. When I reopened the app (I needed to enter my full email address and password again), I discovered it had lost all details of my order. It would have been much quicker for me to pay cash at the bar (which I did, eventually). I hope SwipeStaion won't try to charge me for the drinks. eventually). A complete waste of time!

Login issue still doesn't work nor does password reset. Was a good app but now considering uninstalling. Using android is Motorola moto g.

I too have login problems got through via twitter and club and the guy who set up app is away and they have to rewrite some stuff

Great idea in theory but won't accept credit card details and password reset page errors.

Have to login every time I open/switch to the app. Can't see the order I placed. Hasn't sent me a confirmation of sign up email, T&Cs etc. Can't delete my payment card. App crashes when selecting 'permissions'. Back button exits app from any screen. Other than that it is fine.
