Adafruit Circuit Playground for Android
Very nice app great to keep handy My only complaint is that the Pinouts for the RPi seem to have missed a little love and attention... Only reason it didn't get a 5 star...
As a jack of many trades and master of none, Adafruit has just taken away my last excuse for not becoming an electronics wiz! I can finally clearly see the resistor color codes. Thanks for all you do Mrs. & Mr. Lady Ada!
Not perfect, but very good! I have no doubt it will get even better.
If I put a 680ohm and 1.5kohm resistor in parallel, it says the ohms of the two are .002ohms when it should be 467.89ohms. It seems like it is not taking the inverse.
I keep a stack of old notebooks around just to save notes and formulas for many of the same items covered by this app. this app may help to clean my office!
Nice app. Lots of interesting and useful things in one place. Just not quite flexible enough. I work with GHz RF gear, and would like the antenna calculations to let me select the Hz units. Similarly, I work with STM32 chips, so being able to add pinouts for them would be nice. Adafruit supports both customers and makes well, so while I might have returned it if it were from some other company as of marginal value for the cost, I'll keep it expecting them to improve it.
I've tried a few. This one is the easiest to use. Shame the pin outs use a pdf. Could be easily done within the app.
Really well done, now I don't have to google for them all the time. Thanks and keep up the Android apps!
If you can never remember how to calculate the frequency of pulses for the 555 timer you want this app. Plus it has things you didn't know you needed like the wavelength to color display for LEDs
I think the capacitor equations at the bottom of the multiple capacitors pages are the wrong way around. And would also be nice to have arduino/genuino pinouts

I'm loving it. Thanks
Adafruit ROCKS!!
Can be improved

Would give 5 stars but for some reason it isn't letting go me view the pinouts but other than that it's pretty solid.
