The app interface is just getting worse ever time. Unorganized UI and manual reload sucks. Make it track the shuttle live and maybe add alerts for incoming shuttle near the area.

Please fix the app. I depend heavily on the shuttle schedule and ETA in order to maximize my sleep and still be on time for class.

The app was updated and is now less usable. Riders don't care about bus routes. No one wants to browse by route. Use our current location and list the next buses arriving with link to route map. Route is what we're trying to drill down to not what we search by.

The app keeps displaying the ETA for Waialae Shuttle as "delayed" for about 3 days now. Ride Systems, please update your system and get it back to running nicely like it did in previous versions!

Takes forever to download and it's not user friendly. It used to be but the recent upgrade isn't.

I found the most useful feature was the estimated time chart which has been pushed deep into the interface. You can save stops in your favorites, but I appreciated the speed and digestability of the old chart. I used to use this app every morning as a student commuter, but now find it too clunky for a quick reference.

Says no internet connection even when I clearly have a signal.

Only when it wants to. Seeing all other routes, but I can't see my route. Its past the time that the shuttle should be out, but its not on the map. Though, it seems to work in the afternoon.... I NEED IT TO WORK IN THE MORNING!!!!
