Anything Delivered

The app took my order, confirmed the booking. I got a funny feeling and called them up to confirm only to be informed they DO NOT operate in Delhi yet. The app interface didn't indicate anything of the sort and is misguiding. Poor start for a start-up.

Even for regular customer like me it has become an worst experience. Even after 2 hrs of placing order no proper communication. Even after me making no of calls still they are not able to rectify the issue and eventually had to cancel the order. Keep up your service in making people go hungry.

Good to have my own errands done via this app..got my task done in 30 minutes. I guess this is first of its kind in singapore. I'll recommend this to all my friends :)

just wasting your time. When we other others like four Square. Please avoid this. useless people working and an idiotic app. am from Coimbatore. can not deliver even after 1hour 30 mins. wasted time in order.

Hi. I am not able to select time in your app, even though I could select location. Am trying to reach you and customer care, but no response. Deliveries has affected big time.

not able to sign up

Pros : Service is good, nominal Cons:Poor interface, app doesn't update order status immediately. 1st instance person collected pickup and delivered buy app still showing as order acceptance pending 2nd instance it was a food order waited 30min before I cancelled the order as there is no update, no response from call centre which is playing recorded message, 1 hr later delivery person calls and checks status. Had informed that I didn't get any allows status message, so had to cancel it. Pity that guy,

Worst app. Always crashes. Only way to book is thru Web page. They don't even have sufficient men in the team. Always short of deliverers. Wish they close down the service asap

Tried to login but login failed.. Can't get through it! Forgot password also doesn't work!

After a long time delivery option working. Used to crash but now it has been fixed but very lately due to which I had stopped using the App. Now we have issues like loading the wallet not working. Also there should an option to pay for both bill amount and shipping charges with the wallet. Now only shipping charges gets automatically deducted on delivery. But we have to pay DP with cash or other means the bill amount which causes huge issues. Please make the transactions easy for customers instead of burdening them with such needless issues.

Great service. Everyone should encourage these kind of start ups.

Stuck at the main screen, can't even assess the app with my Samsung S7

App is worst. No proper response. The order gets cancelled without even me cancelling it. It was my first time using this app. Worst experience. Customer care is also not responding.

40 min delay in pickup two days in a row. Just because you guys are the only guys in town you are surviving
